For a long time,my country has adhered to the principle of "education first and punishment second" for minors involved in crimes.Among them,community corrections,as a non-custodial punishment method,is conducive to helping criminal minors to correct their bad behavior and deviant recognition.to help them reintegrate into society.In recent years,social forces have also actively participated in the field of community corrections for minors under the advocacy of relevant government departments.Judicial social work is an important social force.How to give full play to professional advantages and help minors in community corrections to correct their bad behavior? Improving their individual resilience and promoting their better adaptation to society in order to reduce their recidivism risk are important issues worthy of our in-depth study.This research uses the service method of casework,takes J Street Judicial Office as the research object,and under the guidance of social ecological system theory,adopts literature research method,participant observation method,semi-structured interview method,etc.A study was conducted to improve the resilience of correction subjects.According to the analysis of the current situation of community correction of minors in J Street and the influencing factors of resilience,the casework plan divides their resilience into five dimensions: emotional control,positive cognition,goal focus,family support,and interpersonal assistance.In the above,we designed for Xiao L to improve individual resilience through the three stages of “constructing resilience improvement conditions—constructing environmental protection factors—increasing personal protection factors”.The study believes that improving the resilience of community correction minors from the above three stages is in line with the solution of individual problems and the satisfaction of their needs,which is embodied in relieving psychological pressure,correcting identity,enhancing legal awareness,improving family support,improving interpersonal communication,Promote social adaptation and enhance self-efficacy.The study concluded that improving the resilience of juvenile community corrections subjects can reduce the risk of recidivism,casework has a sustainable effect on improving individual resilience,and for juveniles who commit financial crimes,paying attention to managing their employment expectations is conducive to improving self-esteem.Effectiveness,enhance individual resilience,and promote the recovery and growth of minor community corrections subjects.
