| With the overall victory of my country’s poverty alleviation,absolute poverty in rural areas has basically been eliminated,but the development gap between urban and rural areas still exists,and the overall development level of children from poor rural families needs to be improved.The development of children in most poverty-stricken areas is still worthy of attention.In real life,children from poor families tend to have poorer adaptability than ordinary children and generally have lower levels of resilience.However,in recent years,the academic circles’ attention to disadvantaged groups such as children from poor families has gradually shifted from the traditional problem perspective to the advantage perspective,emphasizing the potential of people in the face of pressure and adversity.Therefore,with regard to these plights of children from poor families in rural areas,whether social workers can intervene through professional social work methods from the perspective of advantages to improve the level of resilience of children from poor families.Carry out specific practical work based on the project of caring for left-behind and difficult children in rural areas in W City.Under the guidance of superior perspective theory,using the human-centered treatment model,select a child from a poor family with a significantly lower level of resilience L Intervene as the service object of the case,and design the corresponding case service plan according to the actual situation of the research object.First,using semi-structured interviews,scale measurements,participatory observations and other methods to collect information on the service targe from various aspects,and evaluate the pressure and predicament faced by the impoverished child,it is found that the service target’s level of resilience is poor.However,at the same time,the superior resources of the service object were evaluated,and it was found that the service object still has unique advantages and potentials under a series of pressures and difficulties,such as the internal advantages of the service object in terms of motivation,emotion,ability,interest,etc.Resources,and the advantages that exist in the external environmental system of the service object,such as the resource advantages of schools and families,the advantages of self-exhibition and communication opportunities,and other external advantages.After the advantage assessment,a detailed case service plan was formulated in accordance with the actual situation of the service target.In the process of practical development,the resilience is divided into two dimensions: personal strength and external support.Among them,the starting point of the personal strength dimension includes three sub-dimensions: goal focus,emotional control,and positive cognition.External support includes two sub-dimensions: family support and interpersonal assistance of the client.Intervene in the resilience of service objects from these five sub-dimensions.In the process of case service,through 20 formal case talks with client and system members,as well as other forms of informal contact,the methods and techniques of case work were used to improve the internal and external protection factors of the impoverished child Score.After the end of the service,after comparing the pre-and post-test data of the professional scale,as well as communicating with members of the service target’s family system and school system,it was found that the service target had changed significantly.After more than four months of case service,the client’s self-confidence has been significantly improved,the self-concept is clearer,the mood is more stable,the goal consciousness is clear,family support and interpersonal support have been enhanced,and the client’s resilience has been improved to a certain extent promote.Finally,it reflects and summarizes the advantages and limitations of the human-centered treatment model,the practical intervention process,the ethical dilemma,and the role of social workers.The results show that the use of the human-centered treatment model to intervene in improving the resilience of rural poor children is effective.The guidance of the dominant perspective theory is very helpful for the development of case work.It can be used in the development of similar services for children in difficult situations.Combining children’s social work with the school’s psychological counseling room is more conducive to improving the actual effectiveness of the service.At the same time,there are also research deficiencies such as whether the research object is sufficiently representative. |
