Study On Group Social Work To Improve The Resilience Of Low-income Families Children

With the development of economy and society,our country now is facing a serious problem,that is the polarization between the rich and the poor urban residents is more and more serious,so our country is a big increase in the number of poor children.But in on specific measures to solve the problem,the most studies focused on the poor child malnutrition,medical security,lack of education resources,poor children psychological skills and ability to resist setback little attention.However,one of the most important personal skills of poor children is resilience.Therefore,improving the resilience of poor children will be the main topic of this study.First of all,this study adopts the method of questionnaire,investigating the 37 children poor communities in shenyang,the purpose is to solve the poor children of shenyang community art force levels,and its influence factors are analyzed.According to the results of the survey,the proportion of poor children at low resilience is up to 50%,and the proportion of children with high resilience is only 14.3%.The analysis shows that the main reason for the deficiency of mental resilience of poor children in N community in shenyang is the lack of external support and insufficient internal positive energy transmission.Therefore,the author decided to use the method of group social work to provide professional social work services for poor children in the community with low resilience.In this study,14 children in the community who met the criteria of poverty definition were selected as the research objects,and the group was organized to conduct group social work activities with the theme "I am a small winner".Through the analysis of the effect assessment of group social work activity,the results showed that the activity of team work in the process of professional method put into use,the poor children in art force level of ascension has played a positive role,enabling them to brave to face setbacks and difficulties in life,significantly improved their social requirement matching degree and confidence,make their life have a fresh cognition,and about their future with bold and beautiful vision.Finally,the author from the research model,research results,research methods and the role of social workers play four aspects compares the group social work practice,puts forward a method about the integration of social relief,at the same time set up social assistance class school's advice.This recommendation can effectively integrate assistance from family,school and social aspects of resources,to make for poor children relief work more convenient and effective,greatly improve the poor children to improve the resilience of work efficiency.
