Group Work Intervention Study On The Improvement Of Children's Resilience In Poor Families

With the development of our country's economy and society,the gap between the rich and the poor increases,and the number of children from poor families increases greatly.Improving the situation of children from poor families should not only provide material support,but also pay attention to the mental capacity building of children from poor families.Resilience is an important personal skill that can promote better personal growth.Therefore,improving resilience of children from poor families has become the main topic of this study.In this paper,children from poor families were taken as the research object,and children from poor families in community D were investigated by means of scale,interview and observation.It was found that children from poor families in this community generally had low resilience,which was attributed to insufficient internal energy and external support.,therefore,the author according to the survey and the demand of the service object,set up "small winner" art group,the advantage of perspective theory and social learning theory,under the guidance of utilizing the method of group social work,from the problem solving skills,interpersonal skills,goal setting,emotion management,positive understand the frustration and full of hope for the future six aspects to carry out the service to improve the poor children art force,and to evaluate group activities.Research shows that group work is an effective way to improve the resilience of children from poor families.Through group intervention activities,poor children can have good communication skills,problem-solving skills,significantly improved in goal setting and emotional management,and are full of hope for the future.Finally,the author proposes specific Suggestions on the cultivation of resilience of poor children from the external support system of resilience,that is,to improve the level of family education and build a campus resilience culture.Starting from the external environment support,the resilience level of poor children can be better improved.
