With the development of our country’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,urban children from low-income families,under the guarantee of the minimum living system,should not only relieve the pressure of survival,but also improve their personal ability to cope with the increasing pressure of social competition.Under pressure,some people can adjust their own state after out of adversity,and some people will be recovered after traumatic,the difference between the two lies in the strength of the force of art,based on this,this study to improve the urban low income family children art force,help the community to build strong compressive capacity,break the adversity of life,beyond the self.In this study,children from low-income families in H community of xi’an city were investigated.Through case interviews and cd-risc strength table,the resilience levels,internal and external risk factors and support systems of the service subjects were measured and analyzed to find out children from low-income families with low resilience levels.On the basis of the measurement results of the scale and the analysis of the interview data,the reasons for the low resilience of the service object were found.After the acceptance of the case,the objectives and service plan are formulated,and the casework method in the professional method of social work is adopted for the intervention.In the process of intervention,the author takes the advantage perspective theory and social support theory as the analysis theory,takes the anti-stress wheel as the action guidance,takes the improvement of the anti-stress level of children from low-income families as the main line,and provides a series of relevant anti-stress improvement case services for the service object.The intervention strategy follows the wheel of resilience from the following three aspects:first,social workers help the clients to establish the correct cognition of family,school and adversity,and enhance the clients’ confidence to make positive changes;Secondly,it promotes the connection between the service object and the society,obtains the support of family members,teachers and peers,and feels the care and expectation of others.Third,social workers teach their clients life skills,give them a sense of efficacy,and improve resilience.After the conclusion of the case,the service object’s anti-stress was improved,and the individual intervention achieved certain results.In view of this case intervention,the author explored and reflected on the improvement plan of the group’s resilience as follows:first,the case intervention,paying attention to the uniqueness of the problem of children from low-income families in the city,and exploring personal advantages;Second,to reduce risks and strengthen the support of family system for children from urban families living on subsistence allowances;Third,social workers in the school,play to professional advantages,build a bridge between home and school communication.Resilience is an important personal ability that children from low-income families need to have.Social work should make full use of all resources to help the group play their subjective initiative and achieve better personal development. |
