A Case Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Improvement Of Self-Confidence Of Urban Poor Children

With the continuous development of urbanization,the rural population of our country is constantly pouring into the cities in order to seek better opportunities for life.This process is beneficial to the society as well as some disadvantages.There are a large number of poor families in the city.Children from poor families are stimulated by the external environment,and the comparison psychology is becoming more and more serious.Because of some special reasons of their own families,many children from poor families will be inferiority,unable to integrate into normal urban life,and difficult to grow up healthily.Based on the psycho-social treatment model,a case study of a self-confident client was carried out in this study.A child in Chang'an District of Anan City served as a case for a period of three months.In the early stage of service,the author mainly used the method of meeting,adopted the non-reflective direct therapy technique and reflective therapy skill in the direct therapy technique of psycho-social treatment mode,so as to make the client dispel the anxiety and unease of the heart.Express oneself emotion,excavate own advantage and strong point,in order to improve the self-confidence of the object of service.In the later stage of the service,the author designed three group games,invited 8 students to participate actively,through the way of the game,to improve the communication ability of the service object,so that he no longer evaded,no longer Immerse in his own lonely world,so that he lives in the environment,so that the client can be aware of the beauty of human nature,no longer inferiority.This study mainly includes four major parts.The first part of the paper includes the research background,research significance,relevant theoretical basis,literature review and the definition of related concepts.The second part mainly includes the research methods,research ideas,the selection of the case object and the basic background information.The third part is the establishment of service relationship and the intervention process of social work.The third part is the focus of this study.The fourth part is mainly to evaluate the case work in order to summarize the shortcomings and problems,and put forward suggestions for improvement.
