In December 2021,the Ministry of Education and nine other departments jointly issued the "14th Five-Year" Action Plan for the Development and Improvement of County ordinary High Schools,which clearly proposed to improve the education level of county ordinary high schools as a whole,focusing on solving some weak links and prominent problems affecting the development of county ordinary high schools.The teachers are not only the expression of "difficulties in the county".It is also an important human capital support to promote the development of the county in the future.However,from the perspective of the high quality development goal of high school education in the future and the people’s demand for better high school education,there are still some unbalanced and inadequate problems in the development of teachers in county ordinary high school,among which the construction of teachers is an important aspect.In the new era of national attention and people’s expectation,the research on the new image of county high school teachers and how to shape the new image becomes particularly important.However,different groups have different demands for the expectation of good teacher image.Based on this,from the perspective of stakeholders,to examine the image of county high school teachers from three groups,namely high school teachers,high school students and parents,it is easy to understand the interest demands of different stakeholder groups,and to explore effective ways to coordinate the interest demands of various interest groups on the image of high school teachers.By investigating the cognition of teachers,students and their parents in Y High School of Z County on the image of teachers in this school under the background of deepening education reform,and their evaluation on the image of teachers in reality,this study understands the realistic and ideal situation of the image of high school teachers in three dimensions of professional image,moral image and external image of various interest groups.This paper analyzes the differences between the three groups’ expectations on the image of high school teachers in detail,analyzes the reasons for the formation of such different images,and finally puts forward some strategic suggestions on improving the professional image,moral image and external image of high school teachers from the perspectives of teachers and schools based on the positions of each interest group.It is found that the problems of high school teachers’ image are manifested in the defects of their professional image: they are better at implanting knowledge than at cultivating quality;Deficiency of moral image: outdated view and insufficient effect;External image gap: dull conservative and students’ expectations of a large gap.This is due to the differences in identity,position,values and other aspects of each interest group,and the differences in interest demands and behavior choices among different interest groups.It is necessary for teachers and schools to work together to temper the soul of noble teacher ethics,enrich the texture of a wide range of talents,show the bones of decent manners,and create a bright and brilliant teacher image.
