The head teacher of the primary school is the life teacher of the students,the communication link between the school and the parents,and the manager of the school education in the front line.The head teacher of the primary school has the dual character of the role.He is not only the ordinary teacher,but also the manager of the class.He has to take charge of the class and the students.He is not only the ordinary teacher,but also the organization and manager of the class.The deepening of educational reform and the arrival of the age of self-media for all have brought new challenges to the work of primary school head teachers.In addition,the research of stakeholders is rising gradually in the field of education.From the perspective of stakeholders,this paper introduces the intermediary variable of self-efficacy of class teachers to study the influence of stakeholder pressure on the responsibilities of class teachers in primary schools.It is an innovative research with important theoretical and practical significance.Under this background,the paper combs the relevant literature,takes the head teacher of the public primary school in Changshu as the research object,collects the research data through the interview and the questionnaire investigation,uses the spss20.0 and the Amos 17.0 two statistical software to carry on the data analysis.Firstly,it analyzes the differences between the three variables of primary school class teachers from different backgrounds:stakeholder pressure,class management self-efficacy of primary school class teachers and the degree of performance of primary school class teachers’ responsibilities.Secondly,the descriptive and correlative analysis of these three variables is carried out,furthermore,the intermediate effect of self-efficacy in class management of primary school head teachers is tested between stakeholder pressure and the degree of performance of primary school head teachers’ duties.Finally,the adjustment effect of self-efficacy in class management between stakeholder pressure and the degree of primary school head teacher’s responsibility is tested.It is found that,firstly,there are significant differences in the self-efficacy of class management and the degree of performance of responsibilities among the primary school class teachers with different years of service;Second,there is a significant difference in the self-efficacy of class management among primary school head teachers in different grades,Third,stakeholder pressure is moving to the extent to which the responsibilities of the head teacher in primary school are being carried out.Fourthly,the self-efficacy of the class management of the primary school head teacher has a positive effect on the performance degree of the primary school head teacher’s responsibility;Fifthly,the sense of self-efficacy in class management of primary school head teacher has no mediating effect,but also has no significant regulating effect between stakeholder pressure and the degree of primary school head teacher’s duty performance.Finally,the paper makes a theoretical analysis of the above empirical research conclusions,and puts forward the enlightenment and suggestions of the study. |
