On the basis of retrospective research results,this study defines several basic concepts as follows: Public relations is the sum of all the behaviors and relationships formed by a social organization in order to seek unity and external image.The organizational image is the external manifestation determined by the intrinsic characteristics of social organizations.It is the overall impression and evaluation of social organizations.It is the overall impression of the external performance of the social organization determined by its intrinsic characteristics under certain conditions.Evaluation.Specialization refers to the process of an ordinary professional group,which gradually conforms to professional standards and becomes a specialized occupation and acquires corresponding professional status in a certain period and scope.The specialization of teacher training institutions refers to the special knowledge and management skills of teacher education and training through targeted training,and the implementation of accurate and even innovative teacher training activities in accordance with industry standards.High sensibility is the trend and core of thinking and aesthetic quality in the future.It drives us to understand others,understand the subtleties of interpersonal communication,be full of fun,drive others,and be able to find the true meaning of working life in times of transcendence;There are six aspects of content,namely "six senses" : design sense,sense of meaning,story sense,symphony,total emotion,entertainment.This study consists of four parts.The first chapter: propose and confirm the problem;literature review;confirm the value of this research;clarify the methods and research ideas adopted in this study.The second chapter introduces the evolution process of teacher training institutions in China,analyzes the actual situation of teacher training institutions,and discusses the main problems:insufficient national policy protection,unreasonable macro layout,closed market order,and the number of county-level teacher training institutions.Gradually reduce,the level of training teams is different,the training content is out of actual demand,the training method is single and inflexible,and there is a lack of training assessment and evaluation.On this basis,the future trends and development directions of teacher training institutions are discussed.Chapter ?: Case Analysis.Taking SL training school as an example,it discusses how to explore“professionalization” through the promotion of teacher training concepts,how to reflect the“high sensibility” of teacher training through training services and training design activities;and achieve professionalism and high sensibility for teacher training institutions.The transformation provides a number of recommendations for how these institutions can build a good organizational image.The fourth chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the professionalization and high-sensitivity path of teacher training institutions,and puts forward some suggestions on how to shape the image of teacher training institutions from the perspective of specialization and high-sensitivity.
