Early childhood sports is the enlightenment of lifelong sports,and the development of children’s sports provides a strong guarantee for the formation of healthy behaviors and exercise habits.Children’s physical fitness is the foundation of children’s sports,which has far-reaching and lasting significance for children to form a good sense of movement and shape good character.The content of children’s physical fitness courses plays an important role in improving children’s physical health,and the scientific and effective content of children’s physical fitness courses has become a hot spot for scholars and the industry.Based on this,this paper organically combines the latest research results of the IFT model with the "Learning and Development Guide for Children Aged 3-6" to design the content of physical fitness courses for children aged 5-6,so as to promote the wide application of physical fitness courses for children.This paper adopts the literature method to summarize and analyze the relevant theories.The interview method was used to interview the development status of several children’s physical fitness centers,put forward problems according to the current situation,and determine solutions,so as to provide realistic conditions for this study.The expert survey method was used to repeatedly solicit the interview outline,curriculum content design principles,curriculum design,and effect evaluation of the curriculum content of the children’s physical fitness hall,so as to provide a scientific basis for the selection and implementation of the content of the children’s physical fitness course.The experimental method was used to compare the physical and mental health status of boys and girls in basic physical fitness training and physical fitness training,and the effectiveness of curriculum content design was further verified.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The overall content and implementation plan of the physical fitness course for children aged 5-6 were designed.The overall content of the course includes 8 teaching items,including stability,flexibility,body posture,balance,flexibility,coordination,strength quality,endurance quality,etc.,with a total of 64 teaching movements;The curriculum implementation plan is to divide the 12-week physical fitness course into four stages,and each stage of the curriculum is a combination of teaching movements,exercise load,and teaching forms.2.There were no significant differences in physical morphology and physical fitness indexes between the control group and the experimental group before the intervention(P>0.05);After the intervention,there was no significant difference in the physical morphology indexes of male and female children in the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05),there were significant differences in forward flexion of the sitting body in the male and female children(P<0.05),and there was a high significant difference in the forward flexion of the female sitting body(P<0.01),and the physical posture of the male and female children in the experimental group after the intervention was better than that of the control group,and the increase in physical fitness indicators was higher than that of the control group.3.There were highly significant differences in the physical morphology of male and female children before and after the intervention in the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01),among which there were more indicators of high significant difference in physical fitness(P<0.01)between male and female children before and after the intervention in the experimental group than in the control group,and the effect of physical fitness training intervention in young children was remarkable.4.The classroom performance of the children in the experimental group after the intervention was higher than that of the control group on average,and the children who underwent physical fitness training had a better psychological state.Physical fitness training for 5-6-year-old children based on IFT mode can effectively promote the development of physical form,physical fitness and psychological state,test the effectiveness of the content design of children’s physical fitness courses from the theoretical and practical levels,provide a reference for popularizing the content of children’s physical fitness courses,and provide a new path for the improvement of China’s children’s physical fitness curriculum system. |
