Research purposes: Through the use of the teaching method of sports games,the first-semester teaching experiment of the physical fitness(power,speed,endurance,coordination,sensitivity,flexibility,etc.)of the middle and middle class children in the first-in-class intelligent education center is carried out.The physical performance of the pre-and post-experimental experiments was carried out to understand the physical status of the middle and upper classes of the primary health education center.The differences in physical indexes between the middle and upper classes of the two stages before and after the teaching experiment were compared,and the two grades of middle and large classes were analyzed.Whether there are differences in the level and grade distribution of children's projects,providing relevant theoretical basis for the scientific training of relevant children's physical institutions,and providing some theoretical guidance for preschool children's physical education in China.Research methods: Using the literature method,in the China Knowledge Network,Wanfang database,Weipu journals and other databases and search engines to collect a large number of literature on physical education and physical fitness of children,classification,collation and analysis of these materials,for this article The research creates a scientific and comprehensive reference;through the expert interview method,interviews with the children's physical education teachers and related physical fitness experts in the primary health education center to understand the characteristics and teaching methods of the children's physical fitness;using the teaching experiment method,the initial The Huzhong Intelligent Education Center has 24 children in the middle class(male),middle class(female),large class(male),and large class(female) for one semester of sports game teaching,and the effect of sports games is reasonable.Supervise and try to minimize experimental errors.Using the mathematical statistics method,the data was statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Research result:1)Before and after the experiment,the speed qualities of the middle class(male),middle class(female),big class(male),and large class(female)all had extremely significant differences(P<0.01).Before and after the experiment,the lower limb muscle strength and body coordination ability of the middle class(male),middle class(female),large class(male),and large class(female)were significantly different(P<0.05).Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in the upper limbs and waist muscle strength between the middle class(male),middle class(female),large class(male),and large class(female)(P<0.01).Before and after the experiment,the balances of middle school(male),middle class(female),large class(male),and large class(female)all had very significant differences(P<0.01).Before and after the experiment,the coordination between the middle class(male)and the middle class(female)and the muscle strength of the lower limbs were significantly different(P<0.05).The coordination between the large class(male)and the large class(female)and the muscle strength of the lower limbs were very significant(P<0.01).Before and after the experiment,the flexibility of the middle class(male),middle class(female),big class(male),and large class(female)were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of reentry between children in different grades(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of children's foldback grades between different grades(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the standing long jump levels of children between different grades(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the grades of standing long jumps between different grades(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the level of tennis throwing among children in different grades(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the distribution of tennis throwing ranks between different grades(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the level of balance beam among children in different grades(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the distribution of balance beam among children in different grades(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the level of continuous jumping between the two children in different grades(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the level of continuous jumping between the two grades(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the flexion level of the sitting position between the different grades(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the distribution of the sitting position of the children between different grades(P<0.01).Analysis conclusion:1)Sports games improve the physical fitness(speed,strength,coordination,balance,and flexibility)of the middle and upper classes of the Chuhe Education Center,especially the speed and quality of the middle and upper classes,the strength and balance of the upper limbs and the waist and abdomen.The sexual aspect has improved significantly,and the coordination of the large class of children and the improvement of the muscle strength of the lower limbs have been remarkable.2)There is no significant difference in the speed quality of middle-class and large-class children,but there is a significant difference in strength,coordination,balance,and flexibility between grades.The level of speed,strength,and coordination quality of middle-class and large-class children does not have differences between grades,while the balance of grades and flexibility of middle-class and large-class children is extremely significant in grades.
