| The age of 5-6 is a connecting stage in the development of young children,as well as a critical period for the development of physical ability,skills,intelligence,and psychological adaptability.Physical fitness is versatile and is the foundation of all sports.From the perspective of combining flower ball cheerleading with children’s physical fitness and health knowledge,this article analyzes the impact of flower ball cheerleading on children’s physical fitness through teaching experiments on experimental subjects,aiming to seize the critical period of children’s physical development,optimize training methods to promote physical health,improve children’s physical fitness level,and lay a foundation for better development of cheerleading in the early childhood stage.This article mainly adopts the experimental method,and takes 40 children aged 5-6 years old from the Youth Physical Fitness Training Center in Jinan High-tech Zone as the experimental objects.The experimental group of 20 people received flower ball cheerleading exercise intervention,while the control group of 20 people received regular physical training activities.The experimental period was 12 weeks.The experimental data were analyzed using SPSS 27.Independent sample T tests and paired sample T tests were used to analyze whether there were significant differences in various physical fitness indicators between the experimental group and the control group before and after exercise intervention.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through experiments,it has been proved that flower ball cheerleading exercise can effectively improve the physical fitness level of children aged 5-6to a certain extent.(2)In terms of physical fitness: After the experiment,children’s flexibility and fitness improved significantly;Significant improvement in upper limb muscle strength;There was no significant improvement in body composition,cardiopulmonary fitness,and lower limb muscle strength.(3)In terms of skills and physical fitness: After the experiment,children have significantly improved their balance quality;Significant improvement in coordination quality;There was no significant improvement in body composition,cardiopulmonary fitness,lower limb muscle strength,speed quality,agility,and explosive power. |
