Objective Preschool is a critical period for the formation of healthy constitution,which has an important impact on the physical health of adults.Scientific studies have proved that0~3 years old is a sensitive period of brain development,and 2~3 years old children have the ability to receive preschool education,in addition to good care,life behavior,physical exercise and other aspects of education is also essential.On July20,2021,the Decision on Optimizing The Family Planning Policy to Promote the Long~term Balanced Development of Population clearly encouraged and supported conditional kindergarten enrollment of 2~3 year old children,which is a major change in preschool education policy.According to relevant research findings,2~3years old children have the ability to complete basic sports activities,they need more sports programs to improve their physical ability,that is to say,children in this period of sports has an important impact on their future healthy growth.Therefore,how to carry out early education and physical exercise of 2~3 years old children is an important subject to be explored at this stage.This study to understand sports intervention effects on children’s body shape and physical quality,for the purpose,according to the "0~5 years old children’s sports entertainment guide" as a basis for intervention,and to explore the exercise intervention for 2~3 years old children’s physical health,to promote the comprehensive development of a healthy body,explore more suitable for young children’s sports provide effective theory basis.MethodsSelect 2~3 years old preschool children in a kindergarten institution in Shanghai,including 9 experimental group,9 control group.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,to study the changes of physical health test indicators in the experimental group and the control group of 2~3 years old preschoolers.The control group maintained their original lifestyle,attended their original physical education classes and took tests only before and after the intervention.Physical health test indicators are divided into morphological indicators and quality indicators,morphological indicators are height and weight,quality indicators mainly include:grip strength,5 meters running,3 meters straight walking,climbing stairs and kicking the ball.Results(1)There were significant differences in body shape indexes between the control group and the experimental group after intervention(p<0.05).The body shape BMI of the control group and the experimental group was different after intervention,and the experimental group was lower.In the control group,there were significant differences in height index(p<0.01)and body weight index(p<0.05)before and after intervention,and height and body weight index increased after intervention.There were significant differences in height and body weight in the experimental group before and after intervention(p<0.01),and the increase of body and body weight in the experimental group was more obvious after intervention.(2)Significant difference was found in the control group and experimental group after intervention quality indicators,experimental results every index is higher.The results showed that there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group(p<0.01)in the indexes of 3 meters straight walking and kicking after intervention,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.There were differences in grip strength,stair climbing and 5-meter running between the control group and the experimental group after intervention(p<0.05),and the experimental group had higher results.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the index of 3-meter straight walk before and after intervention in the experimental group(p<0.01),and the performance of3-meter straight walk in the experimental group was significantly improved after intervention.There were differences in grip strength,stair climbing and 5-meter running indexes in the experimental group before and after intervention(p<0.05),and the experimental group had better performance after intervention.Overall,grip strength,3-meter straight walking and 5-meter running performance improved in the experimental group before and after the intervention.(3)There was a difference between the control group and the experimental group in the results of mothers like sports at ordinary times(p<0.05),the experimental group of mothers like sports at ordinary times a higher proportion,reflecting the mother’s exercise habits have a certain impact on children’s sports ability.Conclusions(1)The body shape BMI index of the experimental group was lower after the experiment.The results showed that the height of the experimental group increased2.0cm before and after the experiment,while that of the control group increased1.6cm before and after the experiment.The difference of height growth in the experimental group was higher,but the increase of body weight was lower,indicating that sports games are beneficial to maintain children’s body shape and reduce obesity.(2)There were differences in grip strength,stair climbing and 5-meter running indexes after intervention,and the experimental group had better performance after intervention.Overall,grip strength,3-meter straight walking and 5-meter running performance improved in the experimental group before and after the intervention.It is mainly manifested in strength quality,speed quality and sensitive coordination quality,which is conducive to the formation of children’s gross motor skills,so as to improve the physical quality ability.(3)The interview results show that parents’ exercise habits have a certain influence on the exercise habits of 2~3 year old children.Parents’ participation in children’s exercise together is beneficial to the formation of children’s exercise habits and promote the development of sports ability.Among them,the mother’s exercise habit has a greater impact on children.
