With the gradual popularization of short tennis in our country,especially after being incorporated into the national fitness program,school clubs for short tennis training have sprung up.Short tennis is an effective method for young children aged 5-10 to learn tennis.The age group of 5-6 years is a critical period for human growth and development.At this time,learning short tennis can well promote the physical and mental development of children.By studying the impact of short tennis training on the physical quality of children aged 5-6,this paper makes children’s sports activities more subdivided and professional,and seeks a more reasonable and effective curriculum plan for children to learn motor skills,in order to promote children’s physical fitness.Healthy development provides a valuable reference,thereby expanding the tennis community in my country.This paper adopts the methods of literature data,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.A total of 40 children aged 5-6 in Xinai Ying,Chongyi County,Ganzhou City were selected as experimental subjects,and the short tennis training intervention was carried out for 12 weeks and 36 lessons.The experimental group used short tennis design class for tennis training after school,while the control group did normal activities after school.After the experimental intervention,the children in the test group and the control group were compared and analyzed for 30 m running,4 × 10 m reentry running,standing long jump,flexion arm suspension,continuous jumping with both feet,sitting forward flexion,and standing on one foot with eyes closed.The following conclusions:(1)Short tennis training has a positive effect on improving the physical fitness of children aged 5-6.(2)After a short-term tennis training intervention,in the five test results of continuous jumping with feet,4×10m reentry running,30 m running,flexion suspension and standing long jump,the results of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group were compared.The comparison shows that the scores of male and female students in the experimental group increased significantly before and after the experiment(P<0.05),while the scores of male and female students in the control group did not change significantly before and after the experiment(P>0.05),indicating that short tennis training significantly improved by 5-Coordination quality,sensitivity quality,speed quality and upper and lower limb strength quality of 6-year-old children.(3)After the short tennis training intervention,in the improvement of the three indicators of 30 m running,4 × 10 m reentry running and standing long jump,the performance improvement of boys in the experimental group(P<0.01)was higher than that of girls,indicating that the short Tennis training for 5-6-year-old children’s speed,agility and lower body strength is significantly more effective for boys than girls.However,in the two-foot continuous jump index,girls’ performance improvement(P<0.01)is significantly higher than boys,indicating that short tennis training For the influence on the coordination quality of5-6-year-old children,the improvement effect of girls is significantly higher than that of boys.(4)After the short tennis training intervention,there was no significant improvement in the two indexes of standing with one leg closed and sitting forward flexion in the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the short tennis training is effective for 5-6 The effect of improving the balance and flexibility of young children is limited.Recommendation: Children’s researchers should conduct more research on children aged5-6 years,especially the exploration of children’s physical health needs to be paid more attention.Taking into account the development of children’s upper and lower limbs strength,flexibility and sensitivity and other qualities to carry out effective exercise intervention training,so that children’s physical health can be comprehensively developed.
