Research On The Development Of Juvenile Behavioral Norms Involved In Case Work

Protecting the physical and mental health development of minors and helping them form good behavioral norms is a shared responsibility of the entire society.The occurrence of misconduct by minors not only hinders their healthy growth,but may also be a precursor to illegal activities.How to effectively intervene and help minors quit bad behavior and develop good behavioral norms has become one of the important topics in academic research.Social work is based on the core concept of helping others and self-help,as well as professional theoretical knowledge.It provides more affirmation and support to minors through flexible methods,which helps them change their bad behavior and cultivate good behavioral norms.This study takes Xiao D and Xiao X as the main research objects.After referring to the literature of minors with bad behaviors,based on the Ecological systems theory,the study uses case work methods,observation and interview methods to collect information and investigate the two service objects,fully understand their living environment,and help them realize the harm of bad behaviors by providing them with supportive and complementary services,And intervene from the micro,meso,and macro levels to obtain support from families,schools,and society,thereby promoting service recipients to correct bad behavior and form good behavioral norms.At the micro level,correct the misconceptions and behaviors of service recipients,enhance legal awareness,and enhance self-confidence;At the meso level,help service recipients improve family relationships,promote family communication,form a good view of making friends,enhance the legal awareness of community residents and minors,and integrate multiple resources;At the macro level,establish a network interaction platform and build a social support network.Through the intervention of social workers,the two service recipients changed their misconceptions,corrected their bad behaviors,and formed good behavioral norms.Therefore,the intervention of Xiao D and Xiao X shows that under the guidance of the Ecological systems theory,a thorough analysis of the ecosystem of service objects can achieve good results by giving full play to the positive role of individuals,families,schools and communities helping minors correct bad behaviors,and promoting the formation of behavior norms.However,there are some shortcomings in the process of practical intervention,such as unskilled use of professional methods in case work,insufficient integrity of service object data,and Professional ethics conflicts between different subjects.To achieve this,it is necessary to enhance the professional abilities of social workers,improve the cooperation of service recipients,and comprehensively understand the needs of service recipients.
