| Sleep disorders can seriously affect people’s quality of life and are a public health issue that should not be ignored.The research literature on sleep disorders mainly focuses on the fields of medicine,nursing,psychology and sports,etc.The research literature on the intervention of patients with sleep disorders in the field of social work is still very lacking at present.The objective of this study is to improve the stress tolerance of patients with sleep disorders.The cognitive behavior theory and ecosystem theory are used as the theoretical basis to carry out a case practice study on the improvement of stress tolerance of patients with sleep disorders.First of all,cognitive behavioral therapy was used to help the three clients test surface false beliefs,correct intermediate beliefs and core beliefs,consolidate positive emotional experience and rebuild rational thinking,so as to enhance the internal risk factors affecting the improvement of the three clients’ resilience,such as emotional pendulum,unreasonable cognition of crisis and low level of self-worth.Secondly,according to the ecosystem theory,it helps the three service objects to create a good service environment,strengthen the support of family,peers and community,and introduce social resources,so as to deal with the external factors affecting the improvement of the resilience of the three service objects.Finally,the enhancement of the internal energy of the three clients was combined with the external resources linking the three clients to promote the improvement of the stress resistance level of the three clients. |
