Study On The Involvement Of Case Social Work In Juvenile Delinquency From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Theory

In the transition phase of our economic development,population flow gradually becomes an important driving force of social progress.With the mass movement of Chinese population,some problems have gradually emerged.Nowadays,the second generation of migrant workers,namely the children of migrant workers,have gradually entered the field of view of researchers.The plight of migrant teenagers in the process of social integration and the crime caused by their misguided behavior need to arouse the public’s attention.As a theory that focuses on individuals and society,the social ecosystem theory is suitable for the study of the influence of migrant experience on juvenile delinquency and the strategy of positioning social work to intervene in the social adaptation of migrant adolescents.No matter the micro-system and meso system that have the most impact on teenagers,or the outermost macro system,it will affect individual adolescents.This study will also introduce the ecological change and diachronic system in the ecological theory model to observe the influence of the accompanying experience on the accompanying teenagers,which will be helpful to understand the group of accompanying teenagers,solve the problem of social integration of accompanying teenagers,and even prevent the deviant behavior of accompanying teenagers.This helps researchers to focus on the migrant youth,while at the same time being able to grasp the overall social environment,including the interaction of various systems with the migrant youth.Therefore,social workers can have a more comprehensive perspective and consideration in the study of adolescent social adaptation and deviant behavior.Through the research,it is found that the influence of migrant experience on juvenile delinquency changes from the joy of new arrival to the disillusionment of the new environment,and then to seek the shelter of undesirable groups,and eventually to go astray and commit crimes.Different systems have important impacts on the migrant youth.Through analysis,it can be concluded that there are five factors affecting their crimes: individual psychological trauma,parents’ neglect of discipline,unhealthy group infection,educational resources limitation and insufficient social support.According to the theory of social ecosystem,social work introduces the case social work from the micro level to deal with psychological trauma.Introduce family social work from the meso-level to coordinate parent-child relationship,and introduce community work to promote healthy growth;Strengthen social work policy advocacy from the macro level to create a good environment.Social work is used to prevent and reduce crime and to promote the integration of migrant children and their families into urban society.
