Abstract/Summary:
With the fierce competition in the Internet education industry,performance management plays a very important role in the success of enterprises.Performance management has attracted more and more attention from enterprises,and has become a difficult point and focus in human resource management,the role and status of performance management in the organization has also become important,and improving the level of enterprise performance management is very important for the development of enterprises.Therefore,continuously improving the performance management system of enterprises is becoming one of the most urgent tasks for managers.This study takes ZJ company of small and medium-sized Internet online education as the research object,through the in-depth research of the internal performance appraisal system,according to the theoretical knowledge and methods of the performance appraisal system,analyze the shortcomings in the operation of the current company’s performance management system,ZJ company’s current performance indicators are not clear,there is no unified agreement,department performance is set arbitrarily according to their respective departments,employee performance indicators are unreasonable,this paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey,personnel interview method,system analysis method,etc.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys of ZJ employees,the current situation and existing problems of the current performance appraisal management system were analyzed in depth,and the reasons behind it were analyzed,and the ideas and solutions for the optimization of the performance appraisal management system were proposed.Through the method of analyzing and comparing performance management,key performance indicators are adopted,from the performance setting of the person in charge of the enterprise,to the performance appraisal management of the department,and then to the performance appraisal management of employees,gradually optimize the performance indicators,and at the same time use the balanced scorecard to decompose the strategic objectives of the enterprise to various levels,so as to solve the problems existing in ZJ’s performance management,effectively achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise,and provide reference suggestions for the performance appraisal optimization scheme of similar small and medium-sized Internet companies.
