| With the rise of domestic social economy,the current industry competition is in a white-hot period,especially in the training industry.The rise of the training industry helps to accelerate economic development and train high-quality talents for society.However,when the economy takes off,the supervision and management of the training industry is improved accordingly.If training enterprises want to get the final victory in the industry competition,they must improve the comprehensive competitiveness.The core of the competition of the company is talent.Human resources have become the core resource concerned by the industry,and also the most fierce competition among companies.Human resource management is the main component of the internal management of a company,which exerts far-reaching influence.Among them,performance appraisal is related to the development of all staff,and is also the key of human resource management.A mature performance appraisal system can not only accelerate the development of the company,but also accelerate the progress of employee growth,which is conducive to the realization of corporate strategic goals.Performance appraisal is the core content of performance management for every enterprise.As the backbone of the enterprise,middle managers play an important role in the daily operation of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to explore a performance management mechanism that is more suitable for X training institution to evaluate managers.Education and training institutions,as operating institutions related to the education industry,on the one hand bear the social responsibility to ensure the teaching level;on the other hand,as operating institutions,they also shoulder the responsibility to ensure their normal operation and achieve the goal of long-term and steady development.In order to achieve their own business objectives,education and training institutions should be aware of the importance of staff management and incentive.The personnel management effect of performance appraisal system has a great relationship with its scientificity.The speed of development of education and training industry is very fast,so some enterprises’ internal management level cannot keep up with its development needs.As the company grows in size,it attaches more importance to performance appraisal and highlights the inadequacy of internal management.Therefore,it is vital for the development of the company to give full play to the role of performance management.The research process of this paper firstly is the background research of performance management at home and abroad,followed by the research of performance management theory,to clarify the purpose and ideas of this research.The main content of this paper is as follows: Through the current situation,existing problems and analysis of the performance management of managers in X training institution,the performance management system of managers in X training institution is designed and improved,including the design and implementation of the performance management system.This paper analyzes the current situation of performance management of the existing managers of X training institution,and presents the existing problems of performance management of the managers of X training institution through questionnaire survey,including unscientific performance appraisal methods,unreasonable setting of performance appraisal indicators,lack of guidance and communication in performance appraisal,and inadequate application of performance appraisal results.For the current performance appraisal problems of X training institution,the existing performance appraisal system must be optimized and improved.It can be divided into performance appraisal method optimization,performance appraisal index optimization,performance appraisal feedback optimization and performance result application optimization.In addition,scientific safeguard measures are put forward,hoping that through the optimization of the performance appraisal system,personnel in teaching,operation and functional positions of X training institution can better integrate and collaborate,reasonably assume performance indicators,and make full use of their talents.Strive to improve the overall operation management of the company through performance management;Through performance management to achieve a "win-win situation",the enterprise and employees get what they need from each other,and fulfill the organization’s business objectives and social responsibilities. |
