By 2018,China’s reform and opening up has gone through 40 years.In the past 40 years,China’s economy has achieved rapid development,its comprehensive national strength has been significantly enhanced,and its international status has been greatly enhanced.Under the unique circumstances,China’s higher education has also achieved world-renowned achievements.As an integral part of China’s higher education system,private higher education has also achieved rapid development and rapid progress,and has made certain contributions to the development of higher education in China.In particular,since the state approved 5 private colleges(Xijing University,Jilin Hua Qiao University of Foreign Languages,Hebei Institute of Communications,East University of Heilongjiang,Beijing City University),it has enrolled the qualifications of postgraduate education,and it is also a big step forward in the cause of private higher education in China.In the research on the performance appraisal of private college teachers,in order to highlight the key points and in-depth research,this paper focuses on the optimization of the appraisal system in the research scope,and selects J Academy as the research object and conducts targeted research.On the basis of a large number of reviewing the performance appraisal theory and practice results of domestic and foreign universities,the thesis is supported by relevant performance management theory.Take J College as an example,analysis of the status quo of the performance appraisal system of the higher education institutions,through the issuance of questionnaires and field investigations,the author deeply analyzes the problems of excessive arbitrariness of the examination subject in the performance appraisal system of private colleges,lack of assessment of the object,lack of reasonable understanding of performance appraisal,and unreasonable setting of assessment content.Targeted analysis of problems existing in the performance appraisal system of private college teachers from multiple dimensions,taking J College as an example to propose a set of optimization design procedures for performance evaluation system of private universities.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will not only help to promote the construction of the J-college teachers,the realization of their own school goals and strategic positioning,but also provide reference for similar institutions,especially the Northeastern region. |
