At present,our country has realized the poverty-stricken people to get rid of poverty in an all-round way and step into a well-off society in an all-round way.Because of the special situation of Guizhou province,many poverty-relief resettlement areas have been formed in the post-poverty-relief era.The development of the community is ultimately the development of people,community participation is an important way of community development,and it can also promote the complementary development of community residents and communities to achieve "Moving in,stable and common prosperity.".The old women who have lost their spouses in the community have changed from the familiar ethnic relations in the countryside and the living pattern of the blind date in the neighborhood to the unfamiliar community environment,the community is a common living space,and the research on the ways of community participation is beneficial to break through the shackles of new environment and realize their own development.In this paper,l county,Qiandongnan Prefecture,the relocation of the poor in rural areas to carry out a field survey,through daily household visits,field environmental observation,questionnaire interviews and other means,to understand the basic situation of the community,the basic situation of the female elderly community spousal loss and the actual situation of the elderly community participation.After collecting information and data,recruit team members to carry out group work practice,cooperate with the elderly to establish community self-organization,explore service objects to their own resources and community resources,and carry out community work practice using community development model,promote community participation of the elderly,actively integrate into the community,to achieve healthy aging development,harmonious community building.Give full play to the theoretical advantages of the perspective of superiority,affirm the contributions of the elderly to the family and society in the past,and affirm the value of the elderly through reminiscences of the past,every senior citizen is unique,valuable,dignified and capable;the theory of Community Integration is applied to awaken the sense of mutual assistance in the community of senior citizens,promote community participation and achieve community integration,establish stable cooperative relations with community organizations and community institutions.In view of the difficulties faced by the clients in community participation,such as single community participation content,low frequency of community participation,weak willingness of community participation and rare path of community participation,carrying out group work with the theory of dominant perspective,the work of the group is divided into six steps,namely,“ Forming relationships,strengthening interpersonal relationships”,“Exploiting advantages,building the living environment of the community ”,“ Operating advantages,broadening the ways of community participation ”,“ Bursting advantages,strengthening the ability of entertainment and leisure ”,“Consolidating advantages,mapping community resources”,and“Summarizing and upgrading-mo daosang Yu late,the sky is still full of clouds ”.In order to consolidate the results of the above-mentioned practices,strengthen community participation,and carry out community work practices using the relevant theories of community integration,the practical process of community work includes five steps: “ The establishment of community organization,community“Self-participation”,“The construction of harmonious community atmosphere”,community“Joy”participation,“Rich content of community life”,community“Multi-participation”,“Multi-member community organization,community“Co-participation”,“The Path of community participation is unblocked,community“Convenient” participation.Through the exploration of the advantages of group work,and then to the use of resources in community work,so that the elderly can participate in the community can be active and happy,to realize the value of life,harmonious development of the community.Through practical work,the elderly community participation has been improved,the living environment in the community has become more beautiful and harmonious,the study concluded the following conclusions.First,the improvement of the ability of community participation needs the development of other corresponding abilities.In the process of community participation,we should cooperate with the elderly to establish community characteristic organizations and cultivate good living habits and interests,second,to use the advantage perspective to make the effect of capacity-building superimpose and form the relevant capacity-building system.The advantage perspective emphasizes the need to find and consolidate the advantages of the clients,in any situation,there is an opportunity to transform into security,to affirm the value of the elderly,to explore and tap their own resources,and to work together with various organizations and social work institutions in the community to achieve better development in the community;and thirdly,community participation needs to be driven by both internal and external resources.In the process of the development of community residents and communities,it is necessary not only to build visible material resources,but also to focus on the development and consolidation of spiritual resources,foster the endogenous motivation of community participation,let the elderly in the dedication to achieve their own development,do a real "Self.".
