This thesis makes an experimental research on the effects of balloon-blowing breathing function training on the performance and cardiopulmonary function of sprinters in sports training, aiming to explore the adaptive changes and mechanisms in the performance and cardiopulmonary function of sprinters after training,so as to provide a safe, convenient and effective means of breathing training for sprinters and coaches.Using literature data method, mathematical statistics method, experiment method, logic analysis method and other research methods;Twenty sprinters from the track and field team of Guangzhou Sport University and Guangdong Ersha Sports Training Center were selected as experimental subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received three stages of balloon blowing respiratory function training on the basis of the original training plan, and the control group received the original training plan for 12 weeks in total. And then, compare and analyze the performance of 100 meter,200 meter and 400meter sprints of the two groups of athletes before and after the experiment,as well as the data of cardiopulmonary function indicators such as Heart Rate Rest(HRrest),Exercise Heart Rate,Heart Rate Reserve(HRR),Vital Capacity(VC),Pulmonary Ventilation Volume(VE),Maximal Voluntary Ventilation(MVV),Oxygen Uptake(VO2),Maximum Oxygen Uptake(VO2max),Respiratory Rate(RR).Finally, the adaptive changes of sports performance and cardiopulmonary function of the two groups of athletes before and after the experiment were comprehensively discussed. The research results show that:1.(1)After 12 weeks of experiment, there was no significant difference in HRrest,Exercise Heart Rate,HRR,VO2maxbetween and within the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There were significant differences in VC,VE,MVV,VO2and RR before and after training in the experimental group(P<0.01);There were significant differences in VC and VO2before and after training in the control group(P<0.01),but no significant differences in VE,MVV,RR(P>0.05);(3)After training, there were significant differences in VC,VE,MVV,RR between the two groups of athletes(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group, while there was no significant difference in VO2(P>0.05),but the improvement of the experimental group was better than the control group.2.The performance of 100m and 400m were significantly different(P<0.05)within group of athletes before and after training, while there were no significant difference in the inter group(P>0.05).However,the improvement of the performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. There was a very significant difference in the 200 meter performance of the experimental group before and after training(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05),and there were significant different between the two groups after training(P<0.05).3.There was a significant negative correlation between sprinters’100 meter performance and VC,VE,VO2but a high positive correlation with RR,The correlation degree is:RR>VC>VE>VO2.The performance of 200 meters were negatively correlated with VC,MVV,VO2and VO2maxbut a significant positive correlation with RR,The correlation degree is:RR>VC>VO2max>VO2>MVV.The400 meter performance was negatively correlated with VC,MVV,VO2,and VO2max,The correlation degree is:VO2>MVV=VO2max>VC.Research conclusion:1.Adding balloon blowing breathing function training to sprint training has a more significant effect on improving sprinters’performance in 100,200 and 400meters.Moreover,balloon blowing breathing function training is a safe, convenient and effective training means.2.Balloon-blowing breathing function training did not stimulate sprinters’HRrest,Sports HR,HRR and VO2maxeffectively,but it significantly promoted the improvement of VC,VE,MVV,VO2and RR.3.Because of the different features of sprint sports, different sprint sports have different correlation with the indexes of cardiopulmonary function. |
