Since the resumption of the college entrance examination in 1977,the physical education major enrollment examination has undergone more than 20 years of reform,which has formed a relatively stable and sound examination standard and content.Anhui physical education examinee needs to complete the national examination and the sports test at the same time,the examinee completes the item that have a lot of work and a high standard in a short time.It is particularly important to introduce the training method with functional diversity and rapid achievement."YOYO training"is a high intensity mixed oxygen training method that spans three energy supply systems.This paper makes a comparison between groups by adding YOYO training to the traditional track and field training.To study whether the YOYO training can affect the cardiopulmonary function and the performance of the examinee.In this paper,by means of literature,experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the cardiopulmonary function and performance of examinees were evaluated by 4 physiological indexes and 7 exercise performance indexes.According to whether or not to add YOYO to the training,40 examinees from Hongqi Middle School in Fuyang City,Anhui Province,were randomly divided into two groups:The experimental group added YOYO training 4 times a week,the control group was the traditional training method without adding YOYO training,other training contents were the same.All the indexes were analyzed by 24.0 data.First,the paired samples were tested before and after the experimental intervention in the experimental group and the control group,and then the independent sample T test was carried out before and after the experimental intervention based on the different grouping of the examinee.Finally,the following results are obtained from the analysis data:(1)YOYO training can effectively improve the level of cardiopulmonary function,and improve the level of cardiopulmonary function only through the pulmonary circulation system,not improve the level of cardiopulmonary function through the heart rate.Although the traditional training itself can improve the 100m and(2)800m performance of the examinee,but adding YOYO training to the traditional training can improve the 100m score and the 800-meter result more effectively.Although the traditional training can improve the first half of 100 meters and the first half of 800 meters,but the addition of YOYO training in the traditional training can improve the first half of 100 meters and the first half of 800 meters more effectively.3)Although the traditional training can improve the cardiopulmonary function of the examinee by improving the ability of breathing mobilization and the level of vital capacity,it can not improve the lung elasticity and the ventilator endurance of the examinee.The addition of YOYO in the traditional training can improve the ability of respiratory mobilization and vital capacity of the body more effectively,and improve the lung elasticity and ventilator endurance of the examinees.
