Boxing is one of the Olympic Games. In this competitive sport,it is divided into different levels according to the weight of athletes. It is mainly divided into light level, medium level and heavy level. Its project features strong antagonism, high technology and tactics, and has very high requirements for the physical quality and state of athletes[2].It is the strength and speed of athletes on both sides without violating the rules Competition between intelligence and physical fitness.Boxing has special requirements for aerobic and anaerobic energy supply. In recent years, the results of boxing in China are not satisfactory in international competitions. As one of the effective means for boxers to lose weight before competition, sweat suit training has been widely studied and applied in practice. However, most of the previous studies only focus on the effect of sweat suit on weight loss, but it has less deep-seated impact on Boxers’physical function. Therefore, this study takes the sweat suit training around Shanghai boxing team as the research object, and strives to hone the technical and tactical level and improve the special ability,To explore and compare the effects of sweaty clothes on body composition and cardiopulmonary function of boxers, and strive to find a breakthrough in training.Using the methods of literature, test, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper takes 24 male boxers of Shanghai boxing team as the experimental object.24male boxers are randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 12people in each group. The experimental group was the training group wearing sweat clothes, and the control group was the training group without sweat clothes. Both groups carried out normal pre competition training together.Through the pre-test and post test, the body composition and cardiopulmonary function related data of the experimental group and the control group were compared, analyzed and studied,so as to provide some reference for the development of boxing.Research results:(1)Body composition index:the weight, body fat and lean weight of athletes showed a downward trend during the whole training period;(2)In terms of cardiopulmonary function monitoring:athletes have significantly improved in the maximum oxygen uptake index, but they have made little progress in the maximum heart rate;(3)Physiological and biochemical indicators:some blood indicators, such as red blood cells, hemoglobin and average red blood cell volume, reflect the aerobic transport function. The test content shows that the data monitoring is within the normal range.Research conclusion:(1)Wearing sweatsuit training and not wearing sweatsuit training can make athletes lose weight, while athletes trained in sweatsuit can effectively reduce weight and body fat.(2)For the training of wearing sweatsuit around the competition, the thin body weight of athletes will also be significantly reduced. The use of sweatsuit training will have a negative impact on the thin body weight of athletes and affect the anaerobic ability of athletes.(3)Wearing sweatsuit for four weeks of pre competition training has a significant increase in athletes’maximum oxygen uptake and maximum heart rate during exercise, and has a positive impact on Athletes’aerobic metabolism. Moreover, the use of sweatsuit training has a positive impact on Athletes’Erythrocyte content, hemoglobin and average erythrocyte volume, which are the indicators to evaluate the ability of transporting oxygen.
