In modern basketball,the ability of athletes to produce strong explosive power in a short time is considered to be the key to achieving high-level athletic performance,and it is also the sports characteristic of the event.The purpose of this study is to compare the practice of combining heavy weight resistance and plyometric training with traditional heavy weight resistance and super isometric training,so as to analyze the most suitable training method for young college basketball players' lower limb explosive power.By consulting a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,we can understand the current status of compound training research to provide theoretical and practical support for the selection of training actions and the setting of load in intervention experiments.20 basketball special students from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected and randomly divided into three groups,one group with large weight plus super equal length training group(SP),two groups with traditional heavy weight resistance training group(S),and three groups with super equal length training group(P)A 6-week intervention experiment was conducted.After the intervention,all subjects were tested for the in-situ vertical jump,running vertical jump,10 yd sprint,lower limb maximum strength,force platform and other indicators related to basketball performance.After comparing and analyzing the changes of the indicators after the three training methods,the following conclusions are finally drawn:(1)The heavy weight resistance plus super equal length training method can improve the in-situ vertical jumping ability of college basketball players more than the traditional resistance resistance training and super equal length training,and the heavy weight resistance plus super equal length training method has more significant differences.(2)The heavy weight resistance plus super equal length training method can improve the ability of college basketball players to run up and down vertically compared with the traditional resistance resistance training and super equal length training,and the heavy weight resistance plus super equal length training method is tested before and after intervention There are more significant differences.(3)The large weight resistance plus super equal length training method can improve the 10 yd sprint ability of college basketball players more than the traditional resistance training and super equal length training,and the data of the large weight plus super equal length training group before and after the experiment is more significant difference.(4)Heavy weight resistance plus super isometric training as well as traditionalresistance and super isometric training methods can improve the maximum strength performance of lower limbs of college basketball players,and they all have significant differences and do not show which training method is better.(5)The heavy weight resistance plus super isometric training method is more effective in terms of ground response and strength development rate than traditional resistance training and ultra isometric training.The test results are improved by a larger margin than the traditional resistance and ultra strength training.Isometric training method.
