General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way in the report of the 20 th National Congress.We should give priority to the development of education,comprehensively improve the quality of independent training of talents,and accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system.Labor education plays an important role in the all-round development of students.However,the development of labor education in universities in the new era is not good,students are lacking of labor concept,skills,habit,spirit due to the history of labor education development and the neglect of labor education by the family,the government and school.Therefore,this paper focus on exploring the development path of labor education in universities in combination with the high-quality development requirements of education in the new era.Firstly,to explore the important content and clarify the development direction of labor education in universities in the new era after making a preliminary understanding of the concepts of "new era","labor education in universities" and "high quality of labor education" by the method of documentary analysis and exploring the theory and practice of Marx,Engels,Lenin and some important leaders of the Communist Party of China on labor education in universities.Secondly,in order get to the comprehensive and objective grasp of the research results of labor education in the new era,exploring the cooperation between authors and institutions in the new era,the development characteristics of keyword nodes,the internal closeness and external connection of potential hot spots and research topic clusters through visual analysis.Thirdly,According to the visualization research of the development status of labor education in universities in the new era,the establishment of labor-related courses in the spring of 2023 in many schools was investigated,and the unstructured interview method was used to investigate the situation of relevant personnel in universities on the construction and development of labor education in the empirical analysis part of universities.Establishing an indicator system centered on the development status of labor education in universities,the development status of college students and the high-quality development of labor education in universities with the results of visual research results.In the empirical analysis section for university students.Making the model of SEM with the basic of questionnaire survey,SPSS and AMOS in order to explore the high-quality development of labor education in universities in the new era.Finally,according to Chinese education it is proposed that the path of labor education combined with the previous research and empirical research are those: theoretical education should be strengthened and the guiding position of Marxism should be hanged on;a practical system should be established and environmental construction should be strengthened;the practice and guarantee system should be strengthened;students should take the initiative to learn labor knowledge and improve their comprehensive literacy in their personal development.Aiming to provide reference and enlightenment for the high-quality development of labor education in universities in the new era by exploring the path of high-quality development of labor education in universities in this paper.Figure[15] Table[8] Reference[110]... |
