| In recent years,people have made higher quality requirements of their lives,they pay more attention to education,which is regarded as the vital resources of improving human capital.At the same time,education level,peolple’s knowledge and moral quality level are improving.Large numbers of professional and technical personnels,including undergraduates and postgraduates enter into high-tec enterprises.All these factors create a propelling force to Chinese economy.In this paper,I’ll make a empirical research of education level’s influence to high-quality economic development,based on 30provinces’ data between 2005 and 2017.I had a general understanding of this kind of research,in addition I’ve sorted out these and made some supplements.Then I’ll build a indictor system of our country’s education level and economic development.Global principal component analysis and Entropy value method will be used to dimension reduction.In addition,the lagging item of education level is added to this system,considering the delayed effect of education to high-quality economic development.Except for this,considering effects of labor mobility to human capital allocation and education,labor mobility will be added as a mederator to inspect its regulatory effect.Next,I’ll divide 30 provinces into four parts,including east rigion,northeast rigion,central rigion and west rigion,build panel models separately to study the influence of education to economy in different regions.Eventually,from the study I came to conclusions as following: Education can effectly promote high-quality economic development,and labor mobility can also have a positive adjustment effect on the economic benefits of education.However,when it comes to labor mobility solely,it inpedes the economic development of high quality.This requires the local government to actively adopt corresponding policies to adjust the flow of labor force,then achieve the optimal combination of labor force and education level.Only in this way,can economy develops with high quality.When it comes to area differences analysis,I find that in northeastern and western China,the elasticity coefficient of education level to high-quality economic development is the largest.But the negative effect of labor mobility to education is large too.It is concluded that the education level in northeastern and western China is relatively low,so the marginal effect of economy is still increasing.At the same time,the degree of labor mobility brought by various factors such as economy,culture and politics is small,which has not completely narrowed the difference between the education level of local people and that of developed regions,even may aggravate the difference.In addition,the cross-cutting effects of labor mobility and education level in northeastern,central and western regions is obviously greater than that in eastern regions,which indicates that these regions should adopt corresponding talent introduction policies to promote the inflow of labor.Based on above conclusion,and considering the trend and requirement of education in China,I’ll give some suggestions that adapt to the regional coordinated development in China. |
