’Education is prosperous,the country is prosperous,and sports is strong,the country is strong ’.School physical education is the fundamental task of realizing moral education and cultivating people.It is an important work to build a strong education and sports power.Strengthening school physical education must improve the quality of physical education.The key to improving the quality of physical education is the professional quality of physical education teachers.With the advancement of a new round of education reform,in order to better realize the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate students ’ all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,the ’ Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)’ came into being.The professional quality of physical education teachers should be fully developed to better understand the implementation requirements of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,in order to carry out accurate and valuable evaluation of the professional quality of physical education teachers,a set of evaluation system in line with the standards of physical education and health curriculum is constructed,and it is in line with the current era to find the shortcomings of physical education teachers ’ professional development,promote the better development of the professional quality of primary school physical education teachers,and try to provide valuable reference for the evaluation system of teachers ’ professional quality,and provide guarantee for the quality improvement of physical education in China.This study takes the professional quality evaluation system of primary school physical education teachers under the background of new curriculum standards as the research object.On the basis of relevant research,it analyzes the standards of physical education and health curriculum,and conducts in-depth research on the evaluation index system of primary school physical education teachers under the background of new curriculum standards through literature,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.After consulting the relevant literature,the evaluation index of the professional quality of primary school physical education teachers under the background of the new curriculum standard was initially formulated.The Delphi method was used to screen the initial indicators for two rounds,and the evaluation index was finally established after integrating the expert opinions.The index weight judgment matrix is constructed by AHP analytic hierarchy process,and the weight value of each index is calculated and the consistency test is carried out to realize the construction of the evaluation index system.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the evaluation method of combining self-evaluation and other evaluation for the new physical education teachers in XX school for one year,and the comprehensive scores are calculated and compared to verify the evaluation index system again.Through the above research steps,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)The evaluation index system includes three dimensions : professional concept and ethics,professional ability and professional knowledge,which are used as the firstlevel index of the professional quality evaluation index system of primary school physical education teachers under the background of the new curriculum standard.In addition,the professional concept and cognition of physical education teachers,the behavior attitude of education and teaching,personal accomplishment and behavior,the emotional attitude of primary school students,classroom teaching ability,after-school training ability,teaching and research ability,self-reflection ability,pedagogy knowledge,sports theory knowledge and sports skill knowledge constitute 11 secondlevel indicators.There are 46 third-level indicators,and the CR value of each level of indicators is less than 0.1,so it meets the research requirements of the evaluation index system construction.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of each index,and by the weight of the new curriculum standard under the background of primary school physical education teachers ’ professional quality evaluation is more important index,the highest weight in the first level index is the professional concept and ethics 0.4704,the more important indicators in the secondary indicators are :physical education teachers ’ professional concept and ethics,classroom teaching ability,sports skills knowledge.The more important indicators in the three-level indicators are :physical education teachers ’ professional identity and role awareness,teaching concepts that meet the requirements of the state and society,physical education teachers ’necessary cultural knowledge literacy,caring for students,teachers ’ demonstration,interpretation ability,ability to carry out sports competition activities,school-based teaching and research ability,reflection on teaching ideas,design,implementation,evaluation and other issues,mastery of basic theoretical knowledge of pedagogy,mastery of sports training knowledge and mastery of key elements of motor skills at all levels.(3)Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the self-evaluation and other evaluation methods are used to evaluate the new one-year physical education teachers and calculate their scores.The comprehensive score of the expert group is84.88,and the comprehensive score of the teacher ’s self-evaluation is 82.14.In view of the problems existing in the teacher,it is proposed that the teacher should strictly require himself,and the school should arrange physical education teachers to carry out all-round training to improve professional quality. |
