Research purpose: In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the "Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)".The implementation of the new curriculum standards has put forward higher requirements for physical education teachers.As reserve talents for future physical education teachers,students majoring in physical education have dual identities as "students" and "teachers".As university students,they are the training objects of the new curriculum standards for physical education;As future physical education teachers,they are the educators of the new physical education curriculum standards.Teaching ability is an essential core ability for students majoring in physical education.Therefore,students majoring in physical education should improve their teaching ability in a targeted manner.Based on the new curriculum standards,a teaching ability evaluation index system for students majoring in physical education should be constructed,and its specific content should be clarified to provide a certain reference basis for the development,improvement,and evaluation of teaching ability of students majoring in physical education in universities,Thus promoting the implementation and implementation of the new curriculum standards and promoting the development of physical education.Research methods: This paper first uses the Grounded theory research method to carry out three-level coding of literature materials and text materials after interviews,and initially draws up the evaluation index system of teaching ability of physical education majors under the background of the new curriculum standard.Then,through the Delphi method method,12 experts carried out two rounds of index screening to determine the evaluation index system of teaching ability of physical education majors under the background of the new curriculum standard.Secondly,the weights of evaluation indicators at all levels are determined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate students majoring in physical education,and the scientific and applicable evaluation index system is tested.Research results:1.The Grounded theory research method was used to initially construct the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of physical education majors under the background of the new curriculum standard,including four first level indicators,16 second level indicators and 51 third level indicators,which laid a theoretical foundation for the later construction of the evaluation index system.2.The Delphi method method was used to optimize the evaluation indicators.A total of 9 indicators were deleted,5 indicators were modified,and 8 indicators were added.The evaluation indicator system of the teaching ability of physical education students under the background of the new curriculum standard was determined.It was composed of four first level indicators,namely,A teaching analysis and design ability,B teaching implementation ability,C teaching evaluation ability,D expansion and innovation ability,16 second level indicators,and 50 third level indicators.3.The weight of the evaluation indicators for the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education under the new curriculum standard has been determined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Among them,A teaching analysis and design ability(0.5055)>B teaching implementation ability(0.2768)>C expansion and innovation ability(0.1425)>D teaching evaluation ability(0.0752).4.the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the teaching ability of interns majoring in physical education at Shandong Institute of Physical Education.The overall score was 77.99 points,with A teaching implementation ability(83.15 points)>B teaching analysis and design ability(76.78points)>C expanding innovation ability(76.41 points)D>teaching evaluation ability(71.57 points).Research conclusion:1.The evaluation index system for the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education under the background of the new curriculum standards is constructed,which includes 4 first level indicators,16 second level indicators,50 third level indicators.Among the first level indicators,A teaching analysis and design ability includes A1 teaching analysis ability,A2 teaching goal design ability,A3 teaching content design ability,A4 teaching process design ability,and A5 teaching evaluation design ability;B teaching implementation ability includes B1 teaching communication ability,B2 teaching organization and management ability,B3 teaching safety protection ability,B4 teaching contingency ability;C teaching ability evaluation ability includes C1 evaluating students’ ability,C2 teacher self-evaluation ability,and C3 teaching reflection ability;The expansion and innovation ability of D includes D1 teaching innovation ability,D2 sports research ability,D3 intelligent teaching ability,and D4 course resource development ability.In the context of the new curriculum standard,the weight of A teaching analysis and design ability is the highest in the evaluation index system of teaching ability for students majoring in physical education at all levels(0.5055).In the cultivation of teaching ability for students majoring in physical education,it is necessary to focus on improving students’ teaching analysis and design ability.2.Through the constructed evaluation index system,the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education is evaluated.Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it is found that the overall score is in the "average" range.Specifically,"B Teaching Implementation Ability" has the highest score and is in the "good" range,while the scores of "A Teaching Analysis and Design Ability","D Expanding Innovation Ability",and "C Teaching Evaluation Ability" are all in the "average" range,Based on the weight results,it is found that the proportion of "A teaching analysis and design ability" is the highest.Therefore,in response to the current situation of teaching ability of students majoring in physical education,it is necessary to comprehensively consider and improve the overall teaching ability level of students majoring in physical education.3.Using the evaluation index system for the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education under the background of the new curriculum standard constructed in this article,the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education is applied,and the constructed evaluation index system is verified to be scientific and applicable.
