| With the development of high quality education,the problems of internal education and parents’ education anxiety have been paid more and more attention by the society.The "double reduction" policy has been implemented for more than a year to alleviate students’ academic burden and parents’ educational anxiety.Under the background of the "double reduction" policy,what kind of changes will parents’ educational anxiety produce? How should we adjust the "double reduction" policy to better relieve parents’ educational anxiety? This paper takes the parents in C city and Q County of H Province as the investigation object,and starts with Giddens’ structuralization theory to comprehensively analyze the process of parents’ education anxiety excitation and action generation.The study found that the initial idea of healthy and happy growth gradually evolved into parents’ education anxiety through the unconscious projection of real life experience,the rationalization of routinized interaction behaviors and academic worship in daily life,as well as the reflective monitoring of parents’ cognitive bias and action restrictions.Furthermore,it further analyzes the influence and restriction of structural factors in the formation process of parental education anxiety on the parent group,including educational background,school discrimination and prejudice,group psychological influence of limited desire to rise in class,vertical restriction of family relations and horizontal restriction of social interaction,as well as restrictions of system,economy,culture and other social structures.The action strategies and structured processes of parents dealing with educational anxiety are also analyzed.This paper focuses on the analysis of the influence of "double reduction" as a structural factor brought about by macro-policy adjustment,and finds that the macro-social structure level increases the responsibility of schools and teachers,the discipline training control effect is obvious,and the emphasis on family education is increased.At the level of group interaction,the parent-child relationship within the family tends to be harmonious,and the life of students changes significantly.The home-school interaction relies more on the initiative of parents,and the interaction between parents is not obvious.On the individual psychological level,the goal of family cultivation is concealed.This paper further analyzes the re-structuring process of parents’ action adjustment logic and educational anxiety under the influence of"double reduction" policy.The logic of parents’ action adjustment is as follows: "letnature take its course" parents’ educational anxiety gradually eases,"flexible coping" parents change according to their children’s academic performance to comprehensive development and anxiety intensification,"aggressive" parents’ educational anxiety has no change.The re-structuring process of educational anxiety can be subdivided into: traditional educational anxiety contents such as college entrance anxiety and achievement anxiety still exist,improving parents’ educational ability and solving children’s academic difficulties have become the new contents of educational anxiety.On the basis of the above analysis,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of parents and the"double reduction" policy,hoping to effectively alleviate parents’ anxiety about education and promote the further improvement of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy. |
