| In 2021,the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and After-School Training for Students in Compulsory Education were issued,further standardizing the educational environment for teenagers and easing parents’ anxiety about education.The implementation of the "double reduction" policy alleviates the original anxiety of parents,but at the same time,parents have different problems of educational anxiety.The educational anxiety of parents presents a complex diversity,and parents are faced with the rethinking of the role of parents,the concern of children’s learning environment,and the worry of uncertain educational results.Serious education anxiety problems lead to the destruction of education ecology,education environment appears increasingly intensive internalization phenomenon,so parents’ education anxiety as a social problem has received wide attention and hot discussion.Therefore,this study takes five parents of fifth-grade primary school students in X School as the service objects to provide them with social work intervention services to alleviate educational anxiety.After the intervention process is completed,the intervention process and results are evaluated and analyzed.In this study,questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview,participant observation and other methods were used to collect the basic information of the service objects,and analyze the current situation of education anxiety and basic needs of the service objects.Then combined with social work professional theory and practical methods,for the service object to develop intervention programs.Based on rational-emotive therapy theory and empowerment theory,interventional services are provided to the service objects from helping them to understand irrational emotions,analyzing irrational emotions,refuting irrational emotions,and learning rational thinking,combining with "rational-emotive therapy self-help form","rational lessons",scenario simulation,case analysis and other forms.Help service objects learn knowledge related to irrational emotions,improve their ability to identify and refute irrational emotions,promote them to establish a rational way of thinking,and alleviate or even avoid the intrusion of irrational emotions.Finally,after the completion of interventional services,the evaluation work was carried out to analyze the intervention effect of the interventional services.The results showed that the educational anxiety scale scores of the service objects were decreased,and the intervention effect achieved obvious effect,and the educational anxiety of the service objects was relieved.In conclusion,this study finds that group work can effectively relieve parents’ educational anxiety,and rational emotive therapy has its advantages in the intervention process.The study suggests that parents should pay more attention to relieving educational anxiety,communities should pay more attention to humanistic care,and social workers should pay more attention to parents. |
