| This paper based on the definition of the connotation and structure of education satisfaction and the revision of the questionnaire,the self-compiled Questionnaire on Parents’ Education Satisfaction in Compulsory Education Stage under the Background of "Double Reduction" is adopted.The parents of students in compulsory education stage in Hefei are selected as samples,from four dimensions,namely,education expectation,perception of education equity,perception of education quality and overall satisfaction.To investigate the educational satisfaction of compulsory education under the background of "double reduction".The survey results show that: first,parents are more anxious,on the children’s learning and "double reduction" implementation of high expectations;Second,they are satisfied with the perception of education quality.Among them,campus culture and the quality of school management teachers.Thirdly,they are generally satisfied with the perception of educational equity.Meanwhile,through regression analysis,it is concluded that educational expectation,educational equity perception and educational quality perception all have positive influence on overall satisfaction.In terms of the reasons for parents’ satisfaction in education,the results of questionnaire and interview show that the out-of-school training management is insufficient and focuses on short-term management;Parents expect the gap between after-school service content and insufficient supply capacity;Class cadres participate in school activities more,more satisfied with school education;Less tracking feedback from teachers and ineffective guidance from parents;People of higher social class and family income are less satisfied with education.According to the analysis of the survey results,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.First of all,in view of the high expectation of parents’ education,parents should establish reasonable expectation of education,dispel parents’ education anxiety,set up a correct concept of education,in order to improve parents’ perceived satisfaction of education fairness,optimize the teaching process and promote the development of education quality and fairness;Establish supervision mechanism of off-campus training and standardize off-campus training behavior comprehensively. |
