| The adolescent period is a critical time for the physical and mental development of individuals,but the competitive pressure,social pressure,family pressure and uneven distribution of educational resources brought about by the current rapid development of society have caused more and more students to develop negative emotions such as anxiety,low self-esteem,frustration and helplessness.This issue is also gradually receiving attention from the state,schools and all levels of society.The Ministry of Education clearly requires schools to“provide mental health education and guidance to students of different ages through various means,so as to help students improve their psychological quality,improve their personality,and enhance their ability to withstand setbacks and adapt to the environment”.The World Health Organization has also proposed the three elements of health: physical health,mental health and the ability to adapt to society.It can be seen that strengthening the development of psychological education and exploring the psychological education resources in the curriculum is a major trend and an inevitable requirement for the development of the times.As an important part of the arts curriculum,dance education contains a wealth of psychological educational resources that can enhance students’ artistic cultivation,aesthetic ability,self-awareness,brain potential and creativity.As a physical art,dance is the best way to show the connection between the“body”and the“mind”.This study is based on the perspective of dance and psychology,using literature research,interview and case study methods.The current situation and reasons for the lack of psychological education in the dance curriculum are explained and analysed,and the rich values and resources of psychological education contained in the dance curriculum are pointed out;the existence form of psychological education resources in the dance curriculum is explored based on theories-mostly hidden psychological education resources,and the psychological education resources in the dance curriculum are divided into: disciplinary psychological resources of physical perception,learning psycho-educational resources of cognitive experience,and cultural psycho-educational resources of aesthetic enrichment.The value and role of the psycho-educational elements contained in these three types of resources are specifically analysed and the research carried out is applied to the teaching of dance courses.Three dance-psychological course cases with representative and psychological demonstration effects were designed and taught in classroom practice,including psycho-educational lessons for basic dance training classes— “ Ballet Basic Training Combination”,psycho-educational lessons for dance creation classes—“Jiaozhou Yangge Creation Combination”and psycho-educational lessons for dance combination performance classes— “ Sunward Flower ”.Through classroom experience and lesson analysis,the following three points were learnt and summarised: the art of dance has a special value in the heart,in emotion and in sex,Through the classroom experience and analysis of the lesson examples,we have learnt the following three things: the art of dance has a special value in the heart,in the emotions and in the nature;the role of psycho-educational resources must be played as a whole;and the guidance and feedback of the teacher is very important.Based on the above theoretical and practical research,this study has designed cognitive,emotional and personality curriculum objectives for the development of psycho-educational resources in the dance curriculum.The main curriculum content is to reduce stress and promote mental health;peer interaction and emotional experience;develop thinking and inspire intelligence;and aesthetic appreciation and personality development.The teaching methods are based on verbal communication,perception and mental training.Curriculum evaluation with evaluation orientation,evaluation principles and evaluation methods as dimensions.Finally,the development of psycho-educational resources in the dance curriculum is proposed with practical suggestions: to change the educational philosophy of the dance curriculum,to permeate the concept of“educating people through beauty”,to emphasise the artistic experience of the dance curriculum,and to highlight the comprehensive orientation of the dance curriculum.The integration of psycho-educational ideas into the dance curriculum includes adherence to psycho-educational principles,the enrichment of psycho-educational content and the learning of psycho-educational methods.The dance curriculum will be improved to focus on the quality of physical expression,return to the value of dance as a whole,improve the curriculum,reflect the integration of education,optimise the assessment mechanism,and promote innovation in assessment methods and will enhance their ideology of whole-person education,pay attention to their own“whole-person growth”,explore the whole-person value of dance education,establish the goal of whole-person education,focus on emotional education and enlighten the meaning of life.Research has shown that the dance curriculum itself contains a rich variety of psycho-educational resources,most of which are of an implicit nature.Through rational development,they can play an effective role in the development of individual psychological qualities,the development of psychological potential and the improvement of psychological functions.At the same time,it can also inject new vitality into the development of dance education. |
