| Under the background of accelerating industrialization and globalization, floating population and other social problems arise in the society. As the basic unit of society, community also has many problems. It presents the status quo of emotional indifference between residents living in the same community, low sense of belonging and identity to the community, ineffective solution to community problems, and difficult to meet the needs of residents.Especially in recent years, the relationship between community residents and the community has become closer. Therefore, the governance of the grassroots community has become the key link that is not allowed to be ignored in our social governance, social work as a professional force, the participation in the grassroots community governance has certain advantages. In this paper, supported by the social ecosystem theory, firstly, qualitative and quantitative research methods are adopted to investigate the N community in Kashgar City and it is found that: The efficiency of the existing community work needs to be improved, the initiative and enthusiasm of residents to participate in community affairs is insufficient, the main body of community governance is relatively single, the community social organization is relatively lacking, and the degree of care for the vulnerable people is insufficient. In view of these problems, from the macro level: the disadvantages caused by bureaucracy, the relatively insufficient integration of community resources, community discussion channels obstructed; The middle level: the concept and consciousness of helping neighbors is weak, the family income level is low and the economic burden is large; At the micro level: the causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of the relatively low education level of most residents, backward ideology and unmet diverse needs of residents, and their needs are evaluated from the community level and the residents level respectively.Secondly, based on the actual problems and needs, the service objectives should be defined and the service plan should be designed. The professional methods and values of community work should be mainly used, and the service plan should be fine-tuned according to the actual situation to carry out the specific service work in the first, middle and last three stages.Initial stage: After the division of labor and training of project executive members, the initial professional relationship with the community is established;Middle stage: First, linkage grassroots party members, assist community workers to carry out daily services.Secondly,we should carry out cultural promotion activities in the community.Third, cultivate community social organizations and guide team members to provide services for the community.Fourth, open up the discussion channels of residents, and promote community social organization members to participate in the discussion of community affairs;Later stage: Social workers should provide multiple services to the community through interaction with multiple subjects in the community, and evaluate and reflect on their practice process and effectiveness. The study found that social work injected professional power into the grass-roots community governance, and increased the effectiveness and professionalism of community governance. In this process, residents and community workers speak highly of the services provided by social workers, but social work’s participation in community governance also exists: residents’ vague positioning of the role of social workers, lack of service funds for community social organizations, insufficient stickiness of various governance subjects, lack of professional talents in social work, difficult localization and transformation, and professional boundary restrictions. Finally,in view of these difficulties, this paper further discusses and analyzes the causes from the aspects of project-based operation has certain drawbacks, each governing body attaches less importance to community governance and the breadth and depth of the development of social work itself. |
