Practical Research On Cultivating Elderly Volunteer Leaders To Participate In Grass-Roots Social Innovative Governance Through Group Work ——A Case Study Of Community A In H City

As an important path of social governance,residents’ autonomy faces many challenges in the process of modern governance.Therefore,it is urgent to constantly improve and innovate the form of governance.As the core role of multi-agent linkage in grass-roots communities,"elderly volunteer leaders" can play an effective leading and exemplary role in community governance,drive multiple subjects to participate in community governance,realize the specialization and socialization of community governance,reduce the development cost of community work,improve work efficiency,and then promote the innovative governance of grass-roots society.Based on the above background,this article combines the empowerment theory and community governance theory,excavates the backbone of elderly residents in the community,uses the method of group work to cultivate them into volunteer leaders,and then incubates a standardized team of elderly volunteer leaders to promote the innovative governance of grass-roots society.In the early research stage,community A in H City,where the elderly population is relatively concentrated,is selected for field research.The current situation of grass-roots social innovation governance in community A is investigated by using questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,and the reasons for participation are analyzed from two aspects of community factors and residents’ own factors.In the medium-term stage,aiming at the problems,causes and team member training needs sorted out in the early stage,the author uses the method of group work to carry out a series of activities to promote the elderly volunteer leaders to participate in community governance.In the later stage,it is mainly to evaluate the process and results of intervention.Through the evaluation,it can be found that the community participation consciousness and relevant ability of the backbone of elderly residents have been improved,and the practical activities of community governance have also achieved certain results.This paper creatively uses the method of group work to explore the practical mode of cultivating the elderly volunteer leaders,and gradually realizes the community operation of voluntary service action.But at the same time,this study is based on the a community of H city.The elderly groups in the community have obvious community characteristics,and there are still deficiencies in the demonstration and promotion effect.It is hoped that the above innovations and deficiencies can provide general experience and reference for the innovation of grass-roots social governance system.
