"Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools(2017 edition,2020 revision)" proposes that high school ideological and political course is a comprehensive and actives-based subject course that cultivates students’ ideological and political literacy in the new era,enhances high school students’ social understanding and cultivates their participation ability.The topic teaching method is in line with the active subject curriculum advocated by the new curriculum standard.The practical application of topic teaching in front-line teaching has become a necessary action for the majority of political teachers in the new curriculum reform.Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is a brand new content in the new textbook.Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard,teachers actively use the topic teaching method to teach.However,many front-line teachers are still in the stage of "crossing the river by feeling the stones" due to the lack of practical experience and theoretical guidance of issue-based teaching in the application process.Therefore,by combining the issue-based teaching method with the compulsory textbook Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,the author conducted a questionnaire survey among high school students in six schools in different cities and counties,and combined with the typical class examples of the author’s attendance records during his internship and internship,studied and found the current practical difficulties in the application of issue-based teaching in high school politics classes,analyzed the reasons and proposed corresponding countermeasures.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the reasons for the topic selection of this research,the research status at home and abroad,and the research methods and innovations adopted in this research.The second chapter from the topic teaching of the theoretical basis,the definition of the concept of the basic theoretical overview.The third chapter sorts out the specific implementation steps of issue-based teaching in high school politics classroom,including four links: "the design of the issue,the creation of the issue situation,the development of discussion activities and the summary and evaluation of issue-based teaching".The fourth chapter,based on the survey data of six high schools,analyzes and finds the problems of "misunderstandings in topic setting,confusion in situation creation,difficulties in topic evaluation and non-standard implementation" in the course of combining topic teaching with the textbook Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Based on this,the reasons are analyzed from the two basic education elements of teachers and students.Finally,the fifth part puts forward three dimensions of improvement countermeasures.It mainly includes enhancing the teaching ability and quality of ideological and political course teachers,improving the motivation of students’ issue-based learning,and constructing a perfect issue-based teaching evaluation system.In order to guide the topic teaching more effectively applied to high school politics class,to achieve the core quality goal of ideological and political class,to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation. |
