High school ideological and political courses not only pay attention to the imparting of knowledge,but also pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ core literacy.Based on this,it is particularly important to change teachers’ traditional teaching methods and students’ learning methods so as to achieve the goal of educating students with the core qualities of the subject.Different from the traditional indoctrination teaching mode of dialogue teaching,it can open their hearts to each other on the basis of equality of dialogue subjects,and realize the transfer of knowledge and the improvement of ability through mutual cooperation and communication,which is consistent with the teaching goal of high school politics.Therefore,the use of dialogue teaching,to promote the development of students’ comprehensive ability and the improvement of ideological and political teaching effect,is of great significance.Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,a compulsory course of high school ideology and politics,is a newly added teaching module.The content of the teaching material highlights the ideological guidance,and the design of the teaching material highlights the main body of students and the interaction between teachers and students.Therefore,this paper takes "Socialism with Chinese characteristics" as an example to study the application of dialogue teaching in high school ideological and political teaching.Dialogue teaching is a kind of teaching method which embodies the teaching idea of the new era.It has a solid theoretical foundation,including Marxism’s communication thought,Confucius’ s dialogue thought,western dialogue philosophy and so on.This teaching method is applied into the teaching of "socialism with Chinese characteristics",is very necessary,whether it is looking forward to communicate with teachers’ equality,eager to publish their views,tends to open the exam,students or changes in the design of the new teaching material contents and activities,we should highlight the inner link between teaching and dialogue.At the same time,the use of dialogue teaching will help to realize the main status of students,enhance their political identity,so as to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political lessons.Through interview,questionnaire survey and classroom observation,it is found that there are some problems in the application of "Socialism with Chinese characteristics" in dialogue teaching,such as the imbalance of the status of the subject of dialogue,the dialogue process becomes a mere formality,the dialogue participation is not high,the dialogue environment is limited,and the dialogue evaluation mechanism is not perfect.The reason lies in the unequal status of dialogue under the influence of traditional educational concepts.The teacher’s dialogue ability is insufficient,the dialogue effect is not obvious;Students lack of dialogue ability,dialogue enthusiasm is not high;Classroom dialogue environment is insufficient,dialogue conditions are not ideal;The limitation of single evaluation system and the influence of summation evaluation.Therefore,this study proposes relevant solutions from the perspectives of teacher-student relationship,teachers,students,classroom environment and evaluation concept.Specifically,it is necessary to change the educational concept and form a conversational teacher-student relationship.Strengthen dialogue learning and improve teachers’ dialogue quality;Pay attention to classroom participation,improve students’ dialogue ability;Construct ecological classroom and create harmonious dialogue environment;Optimize the evaluation method,construct the multi-evaluation system and so on. |
