"Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition revised in 2020)" points out that it is necessary to understand the practical value of the topics,create rich and diverse teaching situations,and guide students to face various practical problems in the life world.With the innovation of the teaching idea and practice of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,topic-based teaching has become an important starting point for implementing the core literacy of ideological and political courses and shaping the activity-based courses,and the creation of situations is an important step for the smooth development of topic-based teaching.The Ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education.Among them,the compulsory course "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" in senior high school is the key module of Lide Shuren,focusing on casting souls and educating people with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,with the aim of helping to cultivate new people of the times who are worthy of national rejuvenation.This module not only covers the basic knowledge of scientific socialism,but also shows the historical process,scientific theory and practical creation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,it shows a long time span,a high degree of theorization,and a certain gap between classroom teaching and students’ reality.During the teaching process,students are likely to have boring learning feelings,which are difficult to recognize and understand.For this reason,the topics,examples or the atmosphere created by the scene,problem situations and practical activities in the creation of topic-based teaching situations can solve the problems in the textbook of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,make the knowledge concrete,interesting,visualized and thinking,etc.to promote the understanding and construction of subject knowledge,and connect the small classroom of ideological and political education with the big classroom of society,which is conducive to guiding students to use their learned know ledge and skills of ideological and political education to flexibly and effectively solve the problems they face in real life.Therefore,the topic-based teaching and learning situation creation is increasingly welcomed by the majority of front-line teachers.In practical application,there are also some problems,such as the situation goal over knowledge over literacy,the lack of scientific and effective topic setting,and the lack of "feeling" and "emotion" in the selection and presentation of situation resources.Based on this,based on the "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" module,through teaching research,we can understand the present situation of the application of topicbased teaching situation in this module,and then focus on analyzing the existing problems and reasons,and accordingly formulate the countermeasures for the application of topic-based teaching situation in "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics",in order to provide teaching ideas and practical reference for the improvement of this problem.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The text mainly includes the following five parts:The first part,on the basis of consulting relevant literature,clarifies the concepts of "topic","topic-based teaching" and "topic-based teaching situation creation",and in troduces the theoretical basis of topic-based teaching situation creation in detail.The second part,based on the analysis and explanation of the curriculum standards and textbook contents of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in senior high schools.The principles that should be followed in the creation of topic-based teaching situation in Socialism with Chinese Characteristics are pointed out,and its value in the creation of this module can improve senior high school students’ political identity,cultivate their logical and dialectical thinking ability,stimulate their patriotic feelings and beauty,and shorten the distance between senior high school students and historical knowledge.The third part focuses on the analysis of the problems and reasons in the creation of topic-based teaching situations in high school Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Among them,the main problems in the situation creation are that the situation goal emphasizes knowledge over literacy,the topic setting lacks scientific and effective,the selection and presentation of situation resources lacks "feeling" and "emotion",the difficulty setting of situation problems is inappropriate,and the link of situation creation is broken.The main reasons are that teachers are influenced by traditional education and teaching ideas,limited ability to create topic-based teaching situations and inaccurate control of the implementation process of topic-based teaching situations.The fourth part,aiming at the existing problems and reasons,puts forward the constructive countermeasures for the creation of topic-based teaching and learning situations in high school Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.That is to say,it is necessary to implement the concept of teachers’ quality development,improve professional quality and ability,clarify the basic procedures for creating topic-based teaching situations,and pay attention to various ways to present topic-based teaching situations to improve the effectiveness of the strategy.The fifth part,based on the cultivation of students’ core quality of ideological and political discipline,uses the topic-based teaching situation creation,and takes the Great Reform and Opening-up,the first frame of the third lesson of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,a compulsory course in senior high school ideological and political textbooks,as a lesson example,to elaborate the design and implementation of this lesson,and apply relevant strategies to practical teaching.According to the implementation effect,from the functions of situations,the selection of situational materials and situations.In a word,through combing and analyzing the related theories and reality of topic-based teaching situation in high school Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,and putting forward feasible strategies for the corresponding problems,this paper explores the effective path of cultivating students’ core quality and realizing the fundamental task of moral education in the new era,with a view to providing some reference for the high-quality creation of topic-based teaching situation in high school ideological and political classes.
