Objective:In 2018 National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to enjoy fun,enhance physical fitness,improve personality,and refine the "four-in-one" school sports goal.To enhance physical fitness is the fundamental attributes and main tasks of school sports.The physical health of Children and adolescents is not only related to individuals and families,but also the development of the country and society.At present,the physical health of primary and secondary school students in china is not optimistic.Insufficient physical exercise participation is its direct reason,and the effect of interest on physical exercise is ranked first.The primary school stage is an important period for young people’s physical and mental growth,and it is also a golden stage for training sports learning interest.In sports,interest is a positive internal drive and psychological tendency to promote students to explore and participate in sports activities.This article tries to understand the status quo of the interest and physical health of the primary school students in Shanghai through the literature,questionnaire survey,experimental,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods.It provides reference and support for the reform of physical education for primary school students in Shanghai.Methods:This study takes "the relationship between the physical education interest and physical health level of grades 3~5 grades in Shanghai" as the research object,and the1200 Shanghai primary school students are used as the survey target,and the Shanghai built-up area is divided into two areas of urban and suburbs.And randomly extract 5 primary schools in various regions for questionnaire surveys.By sorting and filtering the recycled questionnaire,the filtering valid questionnaire enters the computer,and uses the SPSS26.0 software package to analyze the data differential analysis of the data in the effective questionnaire after the filtering,independent sample T test,related sample T test,related sample T test,and related Sexual analysis and linear regression analysis;in order to support the data results of the questionnaire,conduct experimental methods,randomly select a primary school for 12 weeks of teaching experiments,and conduct independent sample T test before and after the experiment,pairing sample T test,examine sports learning interests The relationship with physical health.Result:(1)The level of interest in physical education learning of primary school students in Shanghai was 3.32±0.52,and the positive interest in physical education learning was 3.91±0.87,the degree of sports participation was 4.11±0.85,the negative interest in physical education learning was 1.54±0.84,and the degree of concern sports was3.74±1.07.In the gender comparison,the score of 3.36±0.52 for boys was greater than that for girls with 3.26±0.52,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).In the grade comparison,the highest grade 4 was 3.44±0.43,the fifth grade was 3.26±0.57,and the third grade was the lowest 3.25±0.53,and there was a significant difference between the three(P<0.05).There were no significant regional differences.(2)The physical fitness level score of primary school students in Shanghai was79.34±8.47,which was close to the good level,of which the highest score of physical form was 90.37±14.35,the physical function was 85.63±11.50,and the physical fitness was only 75.07±10.10.In terms of gender comparison,the physical health level of girls was 80.92±7.19 greater than that of boys 77.93±9.25,and there were significant differences between the two.In grade level analysis,physical fitness scores were positively correlated with grade levels.There are no significant differences between regions,and the overall regional physical health level of Shanghai is relatively balanced.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between physical learning interest and physical fitness level(P<0.05).Positive interest in physical education learning was positively correlated with attention to physical education and physical health level,but the effect was not significant(P>0.05).The degree of exercise participation was positively correlated with the level of physical fitness(P<0.05).Negative sports interest was significantly negatively correlated with physical fitness level(P<0.05).(4)"Interest of sports learning","sports participation","grade" and "gender" are important factor affecting the level of physical health(P <0.05).Physical education has a positive interest and sports learning negative interest on the level of physical health(P> 0.05).The impact of "exercise participation","grade" and "gender" on Shanghai primary school students’ physical form significantly(P <0.05)is an important factor affecting the physical form.Gender is an important factor affecting physical function(P <0.05)."Sports participation" and "Sports Learning Interests" are important factor affecting physical quality(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Shanghai primary school students are more interested in sports learning.There are significant differences in statistical significance between gender,grade and regions.(2)The level of physical health in grades 3 to 5 in Shanghai is close to good.There are significant differences in gender and grades,and there are no significant differences between regions.(3)interest of sports learning is significantly positively related to physical health. |
