Marx thought everything is always in constant development and change,the teaching content of physical education should also be as the physical health of students requires constant adjustment,as a special stage of higher physical education school sports,its content is mainly concentrated in sports such as track and field,ball games,although the content to a certain extent,improve the students’ physical health level,However,there are still some problems that students like sports but not physical education,and the excellent rate of physical health is not high.Enriching PE teaching content is still an effective way to solve students’ interest in PE learning and physical health.It is pointed out in the Curriculum Standard of Physical Education and Health for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition,2020 Revision)that the reform of curriculum content should pay attention to traditional sports and emerging sports that are meaningful to students’ learning and development.Parkour as an emerging sports and has many characteristics,such as keeping fit,freedom,practical,and unique movement form and rich technical action in accordance with high student’s body and mind development characteristic,therefore this study attempts to run cool movement into the high school physical education teaching contents,as a new physical education curriculum,discusses the parkour into the rationality of the conventional physical education teaching contents,As well as the promotion level of students’ physical health and the degree of influence of students’ interest in PE learning,for the new sports into high school PE teaching actively explore.This study through the literature material law,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,etc.,Shanghai gaoqiao 76 high middle school students can be divided into the experimental group and control group,through the way of expert questionnaire,choose corresponding to the high school sports curriculum standard of parkour moves into the physical education teaching,in the before and after the experiment tested constitution health and physical education learning interest,Through the comparative analysis of data,this paper studies the influence of parkour into sports after class on high school students’ physical health and learning interest.Experimental results:1.When parkour was integrated into PE teaching,there was no significant difference in body shape and body function between horizontal and vertical comparisons after the experiment(P > 0.05).2.After the experiment,there were significant differences in speed quality,flexibility quality and lower limb strength quality of boys in the experimental group(P < 0.05),while there were significant differences in speed quality,lower limb strength quality and waist and abdomen strength quality of girls in the experimental group(P < 0.05).3.Longitudinal comparison after the experiment showed that there were significant differences in speed quality,flexibility quality and lower limb strength quality among boys in the experimental group(P < 0.01),and the effect sizes were0.63(medium),0.89(large)and 0.59(medium)respectively.There were significant differences in speed quality,lower limb strength quality and waist and abdomen strength quality among girls in the experimental group(P < 0.01),and the effect sizes were 0.84(large),0.55(medium)and 0.81(large)respectively.After the experiment,there was a significant difference between male and female students in endurance quality(P < 0.01),and the effect size of male and female students was 0.23(small)and 0.2(small)respectively.4.In terms of physical education learning interest,after the transverse comparison,the experimental group had significant differences in the three dimensions of "positive interest","negative interest" and "sports participation"(P <0.05);After the longitudinal comparison,the experimental group in "positive interest","negative interest" and "sports participation" three dimensions,has a very significant difference(P < 0.01),the control group in the "attention to sports" this dimension,has a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.It is reasonable to include parkour into the teaching content of regular PE courses.Parkour teaching content,physical health level and interest in PE learning can promote each other.2,parkour teaching contents of male and female students quality and lower limb power quality,the speed of the girl’s waist abdomen strength quality,boys’ flexible quality improve significantly,in terms of body form and function and conventional physical difference is not big,the experiment in basic movements teaching stages of parkour,continuous volume is low,the endurance quality promotion level is not significant.3.Parkour teaching content,by virtue of the novelty and creativity of its movements,has obvious improvement effect on the three dimensions of students’ active interest,negative interest and sports participation.There is no significant difference between parkour teaching content and regular PHYSICAL education in terms of autonomy and inquiry.4.Parkour movements mostly rely on the explosive force of lower limbs and the control over the body,and the influence on speed and flexibility has gender differences.The improvement degree of flexibility quality in boys is the best,and speed quality in girls is the best.
