As a required lesson, physical education curriculum aims at improve the students' health level by means of lots of exercise. Physical education should play an important role in arousing the students' interest in physical training and building up the students' health. However, in recent twenty years, the students' health becomes worse and worse and they have little interest in physical training. In traditional physical training, we concerned a lot about raising the knowledge and ability on P.E. and sports technology. The students have no interest in physical education lessons, they keep a distance with practicing. The students are lack of conscious initiative, so the students' health level comes down. Affective education is one of the parts of the educational course. It concerns the students' attitude, mode, affective and faith. It can make the students feel happy both in their bodies and mind. It goes without saying, affective education can change the students' interest in learning physical education, and it can change the students' health level. So, it's meaningful to discuss the influence of affective education on physical education learning interest and students' health level.On the basic of studying a number of literature materials, the author first studied the theory of affective teaching in physical education. It introduces the necessity, action and the strategies of performing affective teaching in physical education. It discusses four aspects: 1. the teaching materials 2. the organization of teaching 3. the teaching circumstances 4. the evaluation system. After that, the author did experiments between two groups. The author taught the students in one group in a normal way and taught the students in another group with affective strategies. After 16 weeks, the author counted and analyzed the results and made the following conclusions: (l)It has highly obvious emotion in arousing the junior school students' interest in P.E. to perform affective education in physical training.(2)It can build up the students' physical constitution effectively to perform affective education in physical training.(3)Between boys and girls, there is no obvious difference in learning interest and physical constitution before or after the experiment of performing affective education. (4) There is positive relation between the junior school students' learning interest and their health level.
