Research On The Relationship Among High School Students' Sports Learning Interest, Sports Activities And Mental Health

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to focus on the mental health problems of high school students,through the investigation on physical activity and mental health of senior high school students learning interest,sports,a preliminary understanding of high school students learning interest and general characteristics of sports and the psychologically healthy level and the differences in demographic variables,understanding the relationship between the three,and to further explore the influence mechanism of sports learning interest of senior school students mental health.Methods:4 key high school methods by convenience sampling in Yangzhou city in 3 grade 18 classes of students as the research object,each student is required to complete 3 questionnaires,respectively "PARS-3","HSSMHS" and "High school students sports study interest table".800 questionnaires were issued for each of the above questionnaires.Based on the examination of the quality of the questionnaire,the invalid questionnaires were excluded,and three valid questionnaires were considered as valid questionnaires.A total of 707 questionnaires were finally obtained.The statistical analysis was carried out by the social statistical analysis software package JASP 0.8.4.0.First of all,on the high school students interest in physical education,physical activity and psychological health of the independent samples t test,descriptive statistics and variance analysis;then,analyzed by regression and correlation analysis between the learning interest of sports,physical activity and psychological health three;finally,sports intermediary variable test based on the mediating effect of Wen Zhonglin the inspection procedure.Results:(1)the students' interest in physical education was divided into 153.770 points and at a good level.The physical activity of middle school students was divided into 28.040 points,which belonged to moderate exercise;the average score of middle school students'mental health was 1.798,and it was in good mental health level.(2)in gender,there is a very significant difference in the interest of high school students' sports learning(t=6.620,P=0.005).There is a very significant difference in the physical activity of high school students(t=11.086,P=0.006),and there is a very significant difference in the mental health of high school students(t=-2.864,P =0,004);in grade,high school physical education There are significant differences in learning interest(F=1.169,P=0.001),and there is a very significant difference in physical activity(F=1.948,P=0.001),while there is no significant grade difference in mental health(F=1.277,P=0.064).(3)there is a very significant correlation between sports learning interest and sports activities(r=0.472,P=0.001),which is specifically shown to exclude the influence of gender and grade variables on sports activities.Sports learning interest can predict sports activities(the net contribution rate of sports learning interest to sports activities is 16.4%);interest and interest in physical education.There is a very significant correlation between mental health(r=-0.417,P=0.001),which specifically excludes the effect of gender variables on mental health,and the interest in physical learning can be predicted for mental health(the net contribution rate of physical learning interest to mental health is 11.5%).There is a very significant correlation between physical activity and mental health(r=-0.281,P=0.001),which specifically excludes the effect of gender variables on mental health,and physical activity can predict mental health(the net contribution rate of physical activity to mental health is 6.9%).Conclusions:(1)High school students' overall interest in physical education is in a good level,the amount of physical activity is in the medium of exercise,and the mental health is good.(2)middle school students,physical education learning interest,physical exercise and mental health has significant gender differences:Boys' sports interest in learning,physical exercise,mental health is significantly better than the female students;physical education learning interest,sports activity also has a significant grade difference:sports interest in learning high school than a high above senior.The amount of physical activity is greater than a high school more than three;but no significant difference in the mental health of secondary school students in grade.(3)there is a significant correlation between College Students' interest in physical education and sports activities.There is a very significant correlation between physical learning interest and mental health.There is a significant correlation between sports activities and mental health.At the same time,there was a positive correlation between the learning interests of physical education and sports,the sports study interest is higher,the greater the amount of physical activity;there was a negative correlation between mental health and physical education learning interest,namely sports interest in learning the higher level of psychological health is better;physical activity was negatively correlated with mental health,physical activity is larger the better the degree of mental health.Exercise 3 to 5 times a week or more,each exercise 21 to 30 minutes or more,to improve the mental health of high school students has a significant role.(4)physical education learning interest affects the mental health of senior high school students through the mediating variable of sports activities.Sports activities as intermediary variables produce partial intermediary role.
