This thesis takes the experimental effect of SPOC-based flipping classroom in the teaching of tennis courses in ordinary colleges and universities as the research object,and selects the students of two natural teaching classes of 2021 public sports tennis elective courses in China University of Mining and Technology as the experimental subjects.Two teaching classes were randomly given SPOC-based flipping classroom teaching mode and traditional teaching mode for 12 weeks of tennis course teaching experiment.By using the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this thesis makes a statistical comparative analysis of the physical quality,learning interest,special technology and other related teaching influence content indicators before and after the teaching experiment.The conclusions are as follows :(1)In the teaching of tennis courses in colleges and universities,students can use SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode to learn tennis courses,and compared with the traditional teaching mode,SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode has a more obvious effect on the improvement of college students ’ tennis learning effect.(2)After the intervention of SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode,college students have gradually changed their passive learning attitude,and the status of learning subjectivity has been significantly improved.(3)SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode can optimize students ’ tennis course learning ideas.Unitized and staged teaching can help students clarify teaching tasks and teaching difficulties,so that students can improve their language expression ability and realize their own multi-faceted development.(4)Through teaching experiments,the teaching content of tennis courses in colleges and universities has been optimized,students have gained personalized learning experience,teaching resources have been effectively integrated,and teaching quality has been significantly improved,which can provide an effective reference for the teaching of other ball events.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)Gradually improve the theoretical framework of ’ SPOC flipped classroom ’teaching mode in tennis teaching.(2)Optimize the construction of SPOC flipped classroom teaching resources.(3)Improve the practicability of SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode.(4)Gradually realize the promotion of SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode in other college physical education courses.
