With the rapid development of information technology,great changes have taken place in the field of education.Since the promulgation of the ten year development plan of educational informatization(2011-2020),the state had attached more importance to the development of educational informationization,and various online learning models had emerged in an endless stream.Small scale restricted online courses(SPOC)came into being.As the development of MOOC,SPOC not only make up for the lack of MOOC but also more suitable for combining with classroom teaching.At present,the application of SPOC at home and abroad mainly focused on the stage of higher education.There were few reports on the application of SPOC based flipped classroom in senior high school.SPOC was tried to combine with flipped classroom in this study,striving to set online learning,flip classroom,digital teaching advantages in one to innovative teaching mode and improve teaching efficiency.This study took high school biology as an example,mainly used the literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and education experiment method to study the design and application of the flipped classroom based on SPOC in high school biology teaching.This thesis consisted of five parts.The first part was the introduction,which introduced the development of SPOC and flipped classroom at home and abroad.At the same time,on the basis of understanding the research background,the purpose,significance,ideas and methods of flipped classroom based on SPOC were introduced too.The second part was related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper defined the relevant concepts involved in the implementation of SPOC flipped classroom in middle school biology,and introduced the theoretical basis of the model.The third part,based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign SPOC cases,designed the teaching mode of the flipped classroom based on SPOC.In the fourth part,we applied the SPOC which was designed by ourselves for the biology flipped classroom teaching in senior high school,and collectted the feedback information by questionnaire and interview.The last part,a summary of this research and a prospect of the application of flipped classroom based on SPOC in high school biology teaching were made.The results showed that the flipped classroom teaching mode based on SPOC could be able to improve students' learning enthusiasm,improve the efficiency of learning,and cultivate manyabilities of students.However,in the process of implementation,we should pay more attention to strengthen the supervision of students before class and improve the level of teachers to make SPOC.
