China has entered a new stage of educational informationization 2.0 from the previous version 1.0.Under such background,it has become a major trend to improve education informationization and build an intelligent learning-supportive environment.Now,the country is vigorously encouraging higher voc ational colleges to lift education level and make their teaching patterns innovated by means of informationization.So,it is of great theoretical significance and practical application value to support these colleges to study the online teaching platform of flipped class model.Based on the SPOC concept,the design and implementation of this teaching platform features small scale and privatization,which can better support the teaching practice of flipped classroom model at higher vocational colleges.In terms of the SPOC based research on the teaching platform of flipped class room model at higher vocational colleges,first,the demands of this platform,including all functional and non-functional demands in support of flipped class room teaching,are investigated and analyzed;second,the overall design of the platform and the detailed design of its major functional models are described in this paper,it mainly includes course management module,course learning module,video audit module,multi-dimensional assessment management module and so on;third,the implementation and operation of the system are described;finally,functional and non-functional testing is conducted on the platform so as to improve its functions.During the research and implementation of this platform,the multi-dimensional academic performance testing system is studied in this paper,in order to reflect the learning process and learning effect of students.The system first analyzes the structure of testing factors and calculates these factors by using the hierarchy analysis method;then makes a comprehensive analysis according to the characteristics of multi-dimensional academic performance testing;and finally builds and verifies the academic performance testing system.Based on the research method and design plan described in this paper,the SPOC based flipped classroom teaching platform is designed and implemented.According to the testing result,this platform operates stably and can better supp ort the smooth development of flipped classroom model at higher vocational colleges.The multi-dimensional academic performance testing system built on this platform can not only reflect the learning status of students in an accurate and comprehensive manner but also have a guiding significance for students’ learning.The use of the teaching platform studied in this paper can effectively support higher vocational colleges in the development of flipped classroom model and drive the informationization development,teaching patterns innovation and reform of student training models at these colleges.
