| In the current context of China’s digital transformation and upgrading of industry,the number of skilled professionals in industrial robotics is increasing,and secondary schools are expected to become the main training base for the training of industrial robotics professionals in China,which is of great importance in making up for the shortage of such talents.However,the current quality of training in secondary schools is no longer adequate to meet the requirements of China’s intelligent manufacturing industry for complex technical personnel.As a core curriculum for vocational skills in secondary schools,the Industrial Robotics Operation and Programming course has been facing a series of problems such as deviation from vocational requirements,lack of organic integration between theoretical knowledge courses and practical work courses,lack of educational resources,and many safety hazards in practical work courses.The focus of the thesis includes the following parts:(1)Analyzing the current situation of the application of virtual simulation teaching in robotics at home and abroad,and taking "integration of theory,deficiency and reality" and "curriculum development" as the basis of the research;investigating industrial robotics enterprises and vocational colleges to understand the current situation of enterprise talent demand and curriculum teaching.(2)To reconstruct the teaching objectives and contents by "project-led",select real typical work tasks of enterprises and convert them into course projects,design the tasks required to complete each project,and build a teaching and practical training system that integrates "integration of theory,deficiency and reality",with theoretical knowledge,virtual simulation and practical operation as the chronological order,The teaching and practical training system is integrated with theoretical knowledge,virtual simulation and practical operation as the main line of time sequence,realizing the integrated teaching of "theory,virtual and real" with the project as the carrier;finally,the teaching is implemented and the teaching effect is analysed.(3)In the development of teaching resources based on the integration of theory,deficiency and reality,the virtual simulation environment constructed by Visual Components and CODESYS software is combined with the communication protocol of OPC UA to achieve data exchange through the creation of "variable pairs" to realise the virtual debugging of robot programs,the overall visual design of the teaching system and the status of teaching equipment.The virtual simulation environment is combined with the OPC UA communication protocol to exchange data through the creation of "variable pairs". |
