At present,the government proposes to achieve the development strategy of rural revitalization,and the informatization of rural education is an important part of it.As one of the important components of rural education,rural teachers,their ability to apply information technology can affect the development of rural education informatization.At present,the level of information technology application ability of rural teachers is not high,and the development is unbalanced.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the influencing factors of the information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers and conduct specific analysis.On this basis,we will promote the development of rural education and achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used to analyze the information technology application ability level of rural primary and secondary school teachers,construct and verify the influencing factors of rural primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application ability,and propose strategies to improve the information technology application ability level of rural teachers.This study include the following aspects:(1)Literature sorting out and theoretical model construction of influencing factors for information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers.Through combing through the research on teachers’ information technology application ability,the influencing factors of teachers’ information technology application ability,and the information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers,combined with the analysis of interview data,the factors affecting the information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers are summarized.On this basis,research hypotheses are proposed and influencing factor models are constructed.(2)Verification and analysis of factors influencing factors of information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers.Refer to the questionnaire in relevant research,and adapt the questionnaire of cost research.Analyze and recover data to understand the level of rural primary and secondary school teachers.Use structural equation models to test and revise influencing factor models to clarify specific influencing paths.(3)Strategies to improve the information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers.Aiming at the influencing factors of the information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers,specific countermeasures to improve the information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers are proposed from five levels: teacher skill base,teacher psychology,application atmosphere,training and training,and policy system.The specific conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The skill base,teacher psychology,application atmosphere,training and training,and policy system have a positive and significant impact on the ability of rural teachers to apply information technology.The skill base has the greatest impact on the ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers to apply information technology.(2)There is an interrelationship of indirect influences between the five influencing factors.(3)It is possible to specifically improve the information technology application ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers in five aspects: improving teachers’ strategic positioning,upgrading skills training,strengthening network training,school education reform,and building a learning community. |
