In recent years,the construction of educational information has become the theme of the development of education.The development of information technology has promoted the process of educational information and promoted the modernization of education.The role of information technology in the field of education and teaching is self-evident,teachers' information technology is closely related to the teaching effect,so it is very important to improve the application ability of teachers' information technology.This paper finds out the factors,which influence teachers' information technology application ability,meanwhile,analysis influence mode and strength,to provide suggestions for improving the application ability of teachers' information technology.First,the paper uses the literature research method to sort out the factors that influence the teachers' information technology application ability,there are six dimensions: basic Information,teacher training,school,psychology,policy and ability evaluation,forming the theoretical framework of influencing factors.Secondly,according to the theoretical framework of influencing factors,the paper constructs the survey scale of influencing factors,at the same time,according to the "Primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability standard(trial)",builds the status survey scale of teachers' information technology.Then,tests the reliability and validity of the two scales,forming a formal scale,to investigate the influencing factors of teachers' information technology application ability and application status.The descriptive statistics analysis of the scale data shows that the current level of information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers is not high;The results of the variance analysis of teachers' basic information in the application of information technology,show that there are significant differences on application ability,between teachers with different ages or different schools;The correlation analysis and regression results of influencing factors and teachers' information technology application ability show that teacher training factors in the training migration,environment and support,training content,school factors in the hardware and software resources,the surrounding people's attitude on the use of information technology,psychological factors in the motives,attitudes,self-efficacy,teaching ideas and capacity assessment factors in the school or local assessment can directly affect the teachers' information technology application ability,but policy factors will not directly affect teachers' information technology application ability.And through the further analysis of the relationship between the various factors,summed up the impact of factors that affect the application of teachers' information technology capabilities.And puts forward the suggestions for improving the teachers' information technology application ability,from teachers' basic information,teacher training,school,psychology and ability evaluation.
