As the largest body of our financial system,commercial bank is closely related to people’s life.The financial affairs major in secondary vocational schools generally offers the course of "commercial Bank counter business".The cultivation of students’ professional abilities is highly valued in vocational education in China.As a course with the main goal of cultivating students’ practical training skills,the teaching mode of Counter Business of Commercial banks needs to be attached great importance.The project-based teaching method emphasizes learning by doing and is widely used in vocational education.Professor Lv Chuanhan from Guizhou Normal University proposed the educational concept of "teaching thinking,teaching experience,and teaching expression"(referred to as "three teachings"),which involves the concepts of "thinking,doing,and speaking".It emphasizes the cultivation of students’ core competencies.Years of teaching practice have confirmed the achievement of results.The concept of "three teachings" has a good promoting effect on a single subject in vocational schools,has a high degree of guiding function,and is also applicable to other disciplinary fields.Introducing the concept of "three education" into widely used project-based teaching methods will have better results and be conducive to cultivating vocational and skilled talents that meet the requirements of enterprises.This study takes "sorting design implementation summary" as the main thread,guided by the research background and purpose,and based on investigation,it is found that vocational school professional course teaching should focus on the cultivation of core competencies.On the other hand,the project-based teaching method has multiple advantages in talent cultivation and is relatively mature in application,making it suitable for this study.Adopting a questionnaire survey to understand the current teaching situation of the course "Commercial Bank Counter Business" in vocational schools,and based on this,elaborating on the applicability of this method,providing a certain theoretical basis for research.Based on the concept of "three education",the project teaching method is designed to conduct teaching design research,and a teaching experiment is conducted using "unit fixed deposit business" as an example.Finally,through certain methods to understand the effectiveness of experimental teaching,it was found that the experiment achieved the expected results.The project-based teaching method based on the "Three Teachings" concept is conducive to improving students’ academic performance and cultivating professional comprehensive abilities,effectively improving their thinking and expression abilities.It is concluded that the project-based teaching method based on the "Three Teachings" concept can further optimize teaching effectiveness.This study provides a certain direction for frontline teachers in the teaching of financial affairs,and has reference significance for the application of project-based teaching methods based on the "three education" concept to other professional courses in vocational schools.
