Teachers are not a pure concept of professional role,but a social life body that undertakes the work of teaching and educating people with its own labor.The practice of education and teaching has the distinct characteristics of complexity,particularity,situational and uncertainty.Teachers need to respond to this in the process of labor.Teachers’ labor is not only closely related to teachers’ daily life and the logical chain behind education and teaching work,but also needs to uphold,abide by and adapt to social standards,secular standards and the needs of the times.Due to the influence and restriction of various factors,the labor of middle school teachers has a tendency of involution to a certain extent,which has become a hidden worry for the development and progress of middle school teachers.It is urgent for us to deeply describe the actual situation of teachers’ labor trapped in involution,rationally examine the adverse effects of the phenomenon of teachers’ labor involution,clarify the generation logic behind these phenomena,and put forward effective ways to solve involution from the overall situation.From the perspective of involution,collect first-hand data through in-depth interviews,sort out and summarize the data with Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software,and analyze and summarize the practical characteristics of middle school teachers’ labor involution.At present,the middle school teachers’ group shows that the efficiency of teachers’ labor input and output is reduced,and their personal substantive development is limited;Teachers’ labor innovation vitality is insufficient and they are unable to achieve breakthrough and creation;Teachers fall into irrational competition,and the development goal and essence are distorted.Examining the involution state of the current teacher group in the labor process will undoubtedly bring some challenges and impacts to the development of individual teachers,groups and even schools:boredom infiltration leads to the lack of teachers’ sense of educational value,self-locking leads to the crisis of school education quality,excessive involution leads to the generation of Teachers’ division,pressure rise leads to teachers’ Sub-Health problems,and interpersonal tension affects the development of teachers’ labor.The change of value orientation in the development and reform of schools,the disorder of teacher evaluation system under the imbalance of ideas,the constraints of school internal management on Teachers’ labor,the deviation of teachers’ personal cultural and psychological mechanism and other factors are integrated and intertwined with each other,which jointly affect teachers’ labor to fall into the dilemma of involution.Under the control and restraint of internal and external forces,the labor involution of middle school teachers is worrying.The key to solving the feasible path of middle school teachers’ labor involution lies in the following four aspects: first,promote the transformation and upgrading of teachers’ evaluation and reshape the evaluation model system of teachers’ development;Second,strengthen the internal governance of school organizations and form a benign development pattern of teachers;Third,improve teachers’ professional development plan and lead teachers’ high-quality development;Fourth,reverse their own educational labor values and release the vitality of innovation and creation.
